Basic but decent stay for a couple and 2 nights, with good connection to center

New hotel, opened in 2024, comfortable bed, proximity to metro 13 and 14 which take you in 15min to the city center. Pleasant and helpful staff, accessible 24h.

Minimalistic approach, only one set of towels for room with 2 people, very limited breakfast options and not vegan friendly. In general very basic facilities. Room and bathroom are spacious but could use more closet space.

We booked after a train cancellation, the check in was painfully slow and it was quite frustrating as it was late night, otherwise staff was ok.

Good stay for exploring paris

Staff was very helpful. The rooms were confidant, especially the beds and pillows. Extremely easy access to metro lines. A kettle and mugs with complimentary tea and coffee packets was very appreciated

The lighting in the room was very poor and the carpets dirty Limited counter space/no dresser or drawers to unpack for a longer stay.

For one night it was quite adequate, would we stay here again, if they finished off the room...

check in staff very friendly, we asked for directions to the stade de France and she was quite helpful. a very quiet area, just what we wanted.

t looked like our room was in the middle of refurbishment. The ceiling was bare concrete, and there was a bare concrete patch on the wall, 2 feet wide and 5 feet high.

Highly recommended for short and long stays

The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and super nice. The hotel really exceeded our expectation and it the rooms were relatively big and they were so clean and so was the bathroom. Close to metro right next to the supermarket and everything one may need was around the hotel. Easy yo reach well secured. I really appreciated it everything about it.

Nothing i knew everything about it when i booked so there was nothing unexpected.

this was a great value with a good location

it was a short distance from the metro lines 12/13. a convenient dumper market within a short walking distance. i believe because the hotel is new there was no signage displayed on the outside which made it slightly difficult to find. I say this to alert new visitors. All of the front desk staff were friendly, hospitable and helpful. i interacted with four different staff and all were consistently polite and helpful. The hotel is about a 30 min ride to CDG which is helpful if you are departing on an early flight. i would stay here again. Merci!

Best Western 11Bauer in January 2026

Отличное расположение. Метро в пешей доступности. От аэропорта Шарль де Голль на такси примерно полчаса. Выгоднее добираться на такси, а не на общественном транспорте. Рядом с отелем имеются кафе и магазины, где можно купить всё необходимое. Останавливался в данном отеле не в первый раз и нисколько об этом не пожалел. До основных достопримечательностей Парижа на метро не более получаса.

Facile d'accès à 500 m du métro mairie de St Ouen. Hôtel conçu en structure béton Look chantier mais très bien isolé, confortable, grand lit draps agréables. SDB grande. Sobre et efficace.

Le Personnel est très souriant et accueillant et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Les chambres de l hôtel sont spacieuses et très bien équipées. Ils ya même une carafe d’eau à disposition ,et sa c’est vraiment pas dans tout les hôtels. Le lit vraiment très très confortable.

Un peu cher pour une prestation sans wifi

Bien situé et spacieux

Je suis arrivée le dimanche soir et le wifi était en panne. J’ai séjourné 2 nuits et malheureusement le lundi soir le wifi n’était toujours pas rétabli. Et aux prix que j’ai payé, je trouve surprenant de devoir apporter moi-même les poubelles au local.
