B&B HOME Paris Mairie de Saint-Ouen

I came to Paris to see two BTS concerts and I am immensely grateful to this hotel to make the experience super smooth for me 💜 The location is very well connected, within a five minute walk there are two Metro Lines (M13, M14) which bring you to the city centre in 20 minutes, or directly to Orly Airport if you fly from there. The hotel is also one station away from the Stade de France, so absolute perfection if you came for the concert/football match. Also as a solo female traveler, it was essential for me to return back to the hotel from the stadium after the concert safely and fast and I didn’t encounter any problems and felt relaxed. The room had everything I need, it was clean, well maintained and I felt very comfortable! Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil!

Room was clean and spacious. Location was close to an outside parking garage, and the metro.

Our stay was very disappointing. Due to a local event, we couldn’t access the hotel by car and the staff had failed to inform us in advance. We spent nearly an hour driving around with no support — calls to the hotel were unhelpful, and communication in English was very difficult. When we finally arrived and expressed our frustration, a staff member laughed at us and continued to do so even after we said it was disrespectful. The room was nice, but the lack of basic hospitality and professionalism ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
