Genuinely a really good experience. The staff was super friendly, the living room and kitchen areas are cozy and welcoming, and you have access to a fridge, cooking facilities, and unlimited filtered water. They seem to care about their environmental impact too. The room was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. They're also pet friendly, at an additional cost of €9 per night. Tip: if you arrive by car, prebook a spot at Indigo Neo Patinoire, it's a 5 minute walk away and it's cheap for Paris. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable room in a slightly out of the way area of Paris that allowed me to experience bus and tram travel. It was safe, quiet, and diverse. Would gladly return and explore the surroundings a bit more. The courtyard artwork was great!I

I couldn't find the way back inside from the ground floor patio. Maybe it is unlocked in warmer months.

Our stay was very disappointing. Due to a local event, we couldn’t access the hotel by car and the staff had failed to inform us in advance. We spent nearly an hour driving around with no support — calls to the hotel were unhelpful, and communication in English was very difficult. When we finally arrived and expressed our frustration, a staff member laughed at us and continued to do so even after we said it was disrespectful. The room was nice, but the lack of basic hospitality and professionalism ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
