Very tidy and comfortable spot and exploring hub

Very comfortable room in a slightly out of the way area of Paris that allowed me to experience bus and tram travel. It was safe, quiet, and diverse. Would gladly return and explore the surroundings a bit more. The courtyard artwork was great!I

I couldn't find the way back inside from the ground floor patio. Maybe it is unlocked in warmer months.

Decent practical hotel

It was Clean, hotel had sustainable options, which I appreciate, I did like the location, it’s close to the metro and you are quickly (30 mns or so) in the center, there was a supermarket and food hall nearby, room was decent, spacious, good bed and linens, modern building, decent bathroom. Would stay here again! And close to a big fleamarket! Maybe this hotel does not have the parisian charm in the architecture but that is not that important.

Not much to complain! Maybe give a bit more coffee cups in the room (I have 3 a day:)) .

I want to come back!

Stuff are very friendly, room is meticulously clean, bed is good, shower is hot, and interior is just stunning! They even make a bed everyday. I only chose this hotel because it was affordable and was last minute decision, so I didn't have time to research. But everything was beyond my expectations, especially for the price. Neighbourhood was pretty and chill as well. It's a bit far from the city centre but subway station is close enough. There are quite some places to eat out within walking distance too.

Very nice B&B near the metro and the city center

The rooms are well sized and comfortable and it is a fun decorated building overall. They have a really nice eco-friendly policy with fun sayings and games to recicle and save water. It is a 5 min walk from the metro station.

You could hear a little bit of noise from other rooms but nothing that impacted our sleep and stay. We didn't try the breakfast because we felt it was overpriced.

Disappointing service and lack of communication overshadowed an otherwise decent room.

Room was clean and spacious. Location was close to an outside parking garage, and the metro.

Our stay was very disappointing. Due to a local event, we couldn’t access the hotel by car and the staff had failed to inform us in advance. We spent nearly an hour driving around with no support — calls to the hotel were unhelpful, and communication in English was very difficult. When we finally arrived and expressed our frustration, a staff member laughed at us and continued to do so even after we said it was disrespectful. The room was nice, but the lack of basic hospitality and professionalism ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed it very much

Room and bathroom were clean, staff let us leave our luggage at the reception and let us eat our pastries at their cafe and even had a welcome lemonade for free. Big train station pretty close. Lovely stay <3

The hotel was value for money. Had all the necessary things we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We did not book the buffet, however, the staff was able to accommodate and make some fresh croissant and also did not charge for the kid.

Perfect

I was very surprised that even though I arrived 3 hours before, I received a clean, comfortable room. The lady at the reception was extremely kind. the English language quite well but with the sexy French accent, I personally really recommend considering that the hotel is absolutely new.

Everything was good, the only problem was talking with the receptionists because they couldn't understand me at all (I'm italian so I don't speak french so well but I can speak english) so they didn't understand my requests so well but they were kind.

The Check-in man (a tall and fit man with glasses) that was not professional when I was trying to use my French speaking. He made fun of me what was not nice and made me uncomfortable.

Good

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is close to the metro, which runs quickly into the centre of Paris. The bathroom was very clean, had a hair-dryer included and the shower had good pressure, even though our room was on the top floor. We enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower, although not all rooms will have this view.

We could not figure out how to turn the air-conditioning on, and the provided duvet was quite thick so it was warm at night. Service at the front desk was slow, particularly when checking in.

we liked the bunk beds for the kids and the size of the family room. really handy with little children. also, the weekend we were there it was raining a lot so we decided to eat at the hotel an the staff very nice allowed us to use the place next to the lobby with nice tables and lovely windows to see outside.

windows didn't have a handle so they were always "open". with little kids this was extremely dangerous. also, they were actually super dirty so you wouldn't see out very clearly :)

Very good

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, clean bed sheets and towels. There was also a small kitchenette, dishes, pots, glasses etc. They gave us an extra bed for our 4 year old daughter free of charge. We lived on the fifth floor and even saw a top of Eiffel tower from the window :) The staff was very helpful as well. The hotel was in a good place - 5 minutes on foot from the metro station and 5 metro stations to reach the center of Paris.

A room was not very well cleaned. There were lots of dust uder the beds, also on the kitchenette. The table in the second bedroom was broken. There was not any sponge or dish washing liquid. When you have a kithenette in the room, it would be good to have means to wash dishes. When you come to Paris for a couple of days, you do not want to buy a pack of sponges and a bottle of dish washing liquid.

The rooms where large & very clean. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Towels & toiletries provided. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Excellent value for the £ we paid. It a 5/10mins walk to the Metro that has two lines that get you into central Paris in minutes. We found a good restaurant with great food just down the road, towards the Metro, on the opposite side of the hotel. Popular with the locals, friendly atmosphere. Very multi cultral area.Huge Flea market very nearby on the weekends.

The area isn't that attractive. Lots of building works & run down.
