Modern decor, interesting rooms and great location

The location was great (easy access to the Metro - Garibaldi station - and the flea market). The price was very reasonable and the hotel's sustainability/environmental/social goals were clear. No TVs, nice organic products and food, community engagement and they only change the bedding every 3 days.

The room had an interesting layout which was mostly good, but as the end of the bed was very close to the window, you have to walk sideways to go past (meanwhile a big gap when you came in the door). Also, although the room was only able to be used as a double, it had two mattresses pushed together rather than one big mattress. This meant we either had to sleep in a dip as they moved apart overnight, or sleep on separate sides of the bed.

The hotel is outstanding. A MUST stay when in Paris. Staff need better training on the job.

We have been other times to the MOB as we like very much the philosophy and the concept behind it.

The heating system was not working and the room was extremely cold and unpleasant. Our 12-year daughter had to sleep in our bed to mitigate the low temperature. We reported the issue multiple times to the staff as soon as arrived. The receptionist gave us additional blankets instead of fixing the issue or changing the room.

Somewhere to lay our head after a full day sight seeing

Corridors not very well lit. Being elderly We would have liked tea and coffee making facility in the room. Not our usual type of hotel, very minimalist furnishing but we appreciated the concept and would stay again.

Found the hotel easily, but was a bit confused as to where reception was, but having found it and we were welcomed warmly by the girl on duty. The room was warm and clean, very comfortable bed with lovely sheets and pillows, towels were also soft and large. For close to central Paris it was very quiet. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment, but an organic breakfast was on offer.

Far away from the center, so small room

We enjoy staying at places with a different concept. We’ve previously stayed at Mob House, which we liked.

The property is far from the center, the room is extremely small, they only provided three hangers to hang clothes, and there wasn’t even a space where we could open our suitcase. I would not choose to stay here on my next trip.

The Mob Hotel crew Paris can become as good Mob Lyon,

We have already been a few times to Mob Hotel Lyon already. We like the concept and design. We enjoyed the food. The room was great, the terraces are pleasant and well taken care of and really exceptional. We like the pleasant architecture and the design and photographs.

- We have ordered 4 x Cappuccino and each time the milk was not hot, despite ordering it explicitly hot after the 1st time. No apologies more an attitude of ‚wtf are you complaining about, I have no time cant you See?‘ The breakfast could be more bio and less sugar in the stuff. The reception stuff was not really service-oriented, not pro-actively informing, you have to ask and then they feel annoyed having to answer. Did not feel welcomed more somebody disturbing from resolving their stuff. The atmosphere could be much more lively and positive. In Mob Hotel Lyon there was a much better spirit in the team, attentive and well trained. In Paris the infrastructure is good but it requires more positive atmosphere, we didn’t feel a real host attitude, neither in the reception nor in the restaurant. Everyone busy doing something but not sensitive to the customer who is paying their salary at the end of the day. Left a good tip, but we’re not really grateful, felt like it does not matter to them at all despite I wanted to cheer them up a bit. Sorry it felt a bit depressing. It makes you want to leave instead of staying in.

Great stay not far from Stade de France

A beautiful place to stay, not for from the Stade de France. Everything is neat and tidy and all products are BIO. They even have a small store with essentials in the Hotel, and the restaurant is good.

might need bit more savoury dishes for breakfast to have a porridge would be good and same indication about the cheeses. All the rest was perfect:

very hip decor, loved the art and store area, cool dining room, all staff were so friendly especially dining staff. loved the patio and couches!

doors were so loud when closing, was awakened everyone someone use their doors as they slammed. No tv in rooms and no coffee/tea rooms so forced to buy downstairs

Good value for money, this hotel offers good food and you can really relax here, not far from Paris

Excellent restaurant and restaurant staff, had breakfast and dinner every day at Karlito, the hotel's restaurant. Room cleanliness is also top category, cleaners visit the room every day. Room is also nice, unique design. I also like the MOB hotel concept, local foods, not-for-profit attitude and no TV! No news or commercial tv, just good music in the restaurant.

We had a problem checking in, they mixed up our room with a smaller one. But they fixed it in 90 minutes and we also got wine and coffee as compensation, which is nice. The bathroom was a bit cold too.

trying too hard to be cool and forgetting the obvious

The restaurant was really the only one in the neighbourhood, and was really great!. Friendly helpful staff. Offerend more than its too cool for school first impression

Check in and check out took ages....and i mean a really long time, where nothign seemed to be happening and then it was all sorted. I also emailed ahead re: EV charging to make sure I had downloaded any apps required, to be told it was all OK...... it was actually just a plug in the wall, so not technically a charger. I didn't have enough charge for the next part of my trip

Superb

Once you get to know the hotel, even though it's a bit out of the centre, you easily appreciate it because of the good price/quality ratio and friendly personnel. Breakfast and dinner were very good (we did not take a lunch there). We had the chance that we had a parking of the hotel but a previous time, we parked in a nearby parking accomodation (which was also good).
