We really like the lay out the room, nice windows, big bathroom and good shower. And just next to metro.
The bed dipped in the middle, and heater wasn’t working.

The location is really convenient with the Metro 13. The neighborhood was also mainly minority families so I felt safe. I don’t agree with other comments finding the location unsafe.
The room was covered with dust and cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom didn’t have a ventilator and the door didn’t close fully. There was some rust and mold, which could be solved with deep cleaning . The bed was so stiff and not comfortable at all. Also its regular price was cheaper than booking, I realized this later.
