Location

The noise from the TV in the neighboring room was unbearable - the soundproofing is extremely poor. The room was filthy. The sink was completely clogged, and the water would not drain at all. There was broken glass in the sink. Shockingly, there was also broken glass in the bed, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous. Before going to sleep, I felt something sharp under the pillow. It turned out to be broken glass.

The description does not match anything with the pictures, and the bathroom was only one per floor, which was super dirty. The service of booking was nothing great in the moment to reclaim, what they do is practically nothing useful to resolve the situation, so I strongly recommend to not stay in this place.

the hotel management did not pay attention to hygeinnic values.

it is close to metro station

i found bed bugs and it had a stinky smell. the temperature was around 35 Celsius but no fan or Ac was available

Good

First we arrived, the doors were closed which scared us to think that we'll wait for a while to get in. But after 1 hour we could enter and met with the kindest owner, thanks to him we felt comfortable in the hotel within that area "Saint-Ouen". We left our bags in the reception after check-out until we leave Paris so they are trusted people.

Sheets felt kind of itchy but overall the price-performance value was balanced.

Staff was friendly. Price was relatively low for Paris. Room was cleaned every day. Toilet was clean.

Room was quite small, no toilet or shower in the room, they're shared with other guests. Shower could do with some renovation. Building quite old and a bit rundown.

pretty doubtful option to save some money

it was cheap and not so far from flixbus station which i needed to reach those night

the room is very small and all the facilities are pretty old. there were one shower and one toilet at the whole floor, they were quite dirty. walls are thin so you can hear all what happening at the neighboors. people on the reception are not so good with english. there were no special room to put bags before checkin, so we just had to leave our stuff at the reception - safety is doubtful

Good location, you get what you pay for!

The price and location is great. Check in was great, staff was nice enough. Room security felt great as well.

You very much get what you pay for. I witnessed a fight on the street outside. It’s hot, there’s a lot of noise, but it’s near the metro and it’s affordable. Just know what you’re getting into.
