Fabulous, unique accommodation at a reasonable price (content creator paradise!)

Stunning hotel featuring incredible industrial design. Location in Saint-Ouen (on the Northern border of the city) in the heart of the legendary Paris flea market. Room was enormous and very comfortable; the neutral palette and gorgeous natural woods used throughout created a surprisingly peaceful and relaxing vibe. Room was spotlessly clean, with a super-comfy bed, an awesome shower and great amenities. Ordered room service each morning; service was excellent (the friendly staff -- all dressed in flight suits -- adding o the creative vibe). There's also a lively bar and restaurant on the lobby level - and highly recommend the little cafe next door which was packed with locals/flea market workers. Visited in the fall, so the large outdoor pool (unusual for Paris) was closed but looked well-maintained and inviting, as did the outdoor garden/seating area. Apparently the hotel was intentionally designed to cater to digital nomads, and I could have happily spent a week working there.

Would not recommend the neighborhood for a first-time visitors to Paris- it's a little too far from the main attractions and a bit isolated in the evening, particularly in winter. Seasoned travelers however will have no problem. Found it a bit odd that there was no TV or screen in the room (actually looked as if it had been removed).

Shower was broken the shower tray wouldn’t drain away properly. Leak above door as you walk into room. Me and my wife both woke up with bad backs as the bed was not very comfortable. Poor lighting in room.

Major Disappointment: Zero Service and Unacceptable Cleanliness

The design is funky and unique, and the bar area looks cool.

This hotel was, unfortunately, the single biggest disappointment of our four-week European journey. I had high expectations for the MOB House, but they were not met. The main issue is the complete lack of basic hotel service. We arrived early after an overnight flight and, while we understood that an early check-in might not be available, the receptionist provided zero customer service. They were unable to offer any empathy or simple gestures, such as asking if we were tired or offering a shower or breakfast. All we were initially told was that they could hold our luggage until the 3:00 PM check-in time. We had to proactively ask for a shower (which was in the gym area) and then guide ourselves there. If you are looking for a typical, attentive hotel service, this is absolutely not the place for you—the attitude felt very much like "BYO" experience. The disappointment continued inside the room, which was shockingly dirty. • The sofa was so stained that we could not sit on it. • The rug had numerous stains all over it. • Even the shower was dirty. It was simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with design pretensions, to have this low standard of housekeeping and service.

Design of the hotel is great, gym, breakfast is fine

Room is so small, that you even can’t turn on the lights without bothering other person. Because the light is very bright and for the whole room. Cleaning guy came at 10:30 pm to take the iron back, but what if we already sleep?😅 we had two bookings with my friend (mine was for two nights, other -3) so we asked the reception girl to unite bookings and be at the same room all the time but seems like they forgot about that and called to the room with questions why don’t we check out. So we had to check out and change the room

The hotel pool offered towels

The room was set up for three guests with a camp bed - yet there was only two of us so had a camp bed in our room the whole stay. The room was filthy, curtains heavily stained, windows leaked and windowsills were filthy, the room smelt like dirty sewerage. The staff were rude. Tried to overcharge us several times with drinks and while checking out (still not had deposit refunded). The room was not cleaned once during our stay - we stayed four nights. Had to ask three times for toilet paper and new towels before this was actioned. The phone in the room did not work and reported this to reception who did not actioned so had to keep going downstairs to request new towels and toilet roll on those three occasions - also meant we could not order room service. The area on which the hotel is located is not safe either.

Comfortable bed and well equipped room. Lovely decor and general vibe. Fantastic boulangerie just opposite the hotel. Effective air con and good soundproofing in general.

We booked a one bedroom junior suite only to find that the bed was actually only separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. Actually pointless. We have a 4 month old and there was no separation possible between her cot and the sofa area so we had to just sit quietly from 7pm. Also very limited vegetarian options on the food menu. No TV. Area is a little rough around the edges.

The room is spacious, beautiful, the hotel amenities are great. the lobby is lively, and the vibes are nice.

The staff are not very cooperative, we had to take our luggage up as there was no one to assist, the area around is not as safe as one would expect. We had an extra room which we paid for but our friends didn't show up and was nonrefundable so we simply didn't use it. At night my brother complained that the AC is not working properly in his room and regardless of several useless negotiations and even him telling the receptionist transfer me to the other room that is supposed to be ours there was no action taken and he slept with the windows open.

Clean, Tidy and pleasant

Done a repeat booking as the property maintenance is excellent, pleasant and fab ambiance. Taking time to give in detail feedback as the same ambiant and cleanliness continued, but experience with staff is deteriorated. It was not good last time, but now bit downside to last time. Hope the feedback helps improving and making it great in all key aspects. 1) staff is not welcoming at all (Not all, but most of them). 2) Rude, no polite and not treating the customers equal and fair. Not sure if this is trained body language and what the creteria for picky on customers🤷‍♂️ but most of the staff particularly in Day shifts were unfriendly and not polite. 3) Take every opportunity to promote suits. Marketing is fair and common, but promoting suit upgrade explaining mere reasons 4) Naughty Restaurant staff as always😆 add additional charges over the menu rates. Yes this has happened again, experience repeats with bookings😂 5) Aircondition is another pain. Need to look into alternatives like arrange a table/pedastal fans, atleast In Summers. unfortunately horrible experience in the nights.. Sleepless nights on holidays 🥺. Current alternate suggestion from reception “Open the Windows” is not good as its too noisy all over night into wee hrs. Not complaining and not a reason for rating down, but a recommendation🙏 6) May go for repeat booking next time only cause of ambience, cleanliness and maintenance. but staffff.. biggg thumbs down 👎 👎 👎 Hopefully it’ll improve.

Worth the money and pleasant stay with friendly staff.

We had a very good experience overall. We do not speak french so it was good that the staff there spoke english very well. Underground car parking was very useful. Hotel interior was warm and cozy. Our room was clean and pleasant to stay in. The bar was not completely stocked but the drinks i ordered were good. Sadly we had no time to make use of the heated outdoor pool and gym because of our lack of time. All in all it was definitely worth the money for the stay and experience here. The neighbourhood did look a bit sketchy at some times especially in the late evening, but we did not have any bad experiences with it.

A very romantic paris hotel! They're people and pet-friendly, too!

The breakfast was ok, and also the rooms are nice. Its fine to have security by night.

When i was walking toward the Mob House, i was followed by somebody that was interested in my laptop bag, luckely i was acting fast and escape. The last 100m i saw a gang acting difficile near to an apparment building, but i just walked fery fast forward and hiding, i stumbled on a rat on this walk, if felt a weight on my footh. I looked and an kiked a poisened rat. The area is special by night, i am glad i was not robbed.

Good value, Soho-House vibe boutique, within metro of the sites.

Nicely designed hotel, felt quality without being stuffy with a cool vibe - DJ playing in the evenings but not too busy. The gym was small but nice with a good range of weights. Rooms well-appointed, good value for money overall.

The restaurant was a bit underwhelming - both breakfast which was a little basic and dinner, which we felt was poor quality given the price and the expectations set by it being a 'fully organic' restaurant. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest - be aware before you arrive. Once you're inside it's fine and the price reflects the location

this was probably our favorite hotel we have ever stayed on as a family. We had adjoining rooms and it was perfect. we enjoyed having meals on the table in the room. the shower was like a spa

Excellent value-for-money stay in a boho chic neighborhood with excellent staff and great facilities.

The area is like the Brooklyn of Paris. Just a few stops away from the center by subway, but much less crowded. It is working class, multi-ethnic area in the early stages of gentrification. Very boho chic in a very good way. The hotel itself is very comfortable.The rooms are big for Paris and the hotel has an awesome pool and great gym. Restaurant and bar are lively and the staff were all great.

One power point next to the bed did not work. That was it! Everything else was great!

They did not have the room I had booked , the rooms provided were not practical , the extra bed provided crashed when my son tried to enter , the bar closed 10 minutes before plan , there was no minibar or food available .
