Le Charmant Hôtel

The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great if you are attending a concert at Stade de France, which is around a 30-minute walk.

There were several issues. We paid for early check-in and were told we could check in at 11:00, but the room was only ready at 13:00. The pictures on Booking.com also do not match the reality. The hotel itself was very dirty and it seemed that only the rooms were being cleaned. The common areas were neglected. It also felt like the whole team was new, with no manager on site, so even small issues took a very long time to resolve.

Ik miste een tv, prullenbak en koelkast en kluis in dr kamer. Ook wat ophanghaakjes. Mijn kamer zat naast een washok of zoiets waardoor er elke keer prullenbakken/bezems/karren etc voor mijn deur stonden en hele tijd gerommel voor de deur

The staff were all very kind and thoughtful, the continental breakfast buffet was excellent and filling, and the VERY comfortable bed had crisp white sheets. A lovely architectural gem with a beautiful back garden.

A bit removed from main tourist areas but the neighbourhood is quiet and has good metro access.

L'hotel est vraiment très beau

Je suis venue en periode de canicule et ai choisi la chambre (plus cher que mon budget initial) pour m'assurer d'avoir de lair conditionné. L'air conditionné ne marchait pas et j'ai passé une nuit horrible de chaleur. Lorsque j'ai mentionné le problème l'après-midi de mon arrivée, la personne qui est venue dans la chambre pour vérifier a été condescendant et a essayé de faire croire que la clim marchait alors que çà n'était pas le cas... j'ai cru comprendre plus tard que c'était le manager ou propriétaire des lieux (mais nje n'en suis pas sure). Ils ne m'ont proposé aucune solution (lorsque j'ai demandé au moins un ventilateur il a soupiré en disant qu'il était dans la cuisine et ne voulait pas l'apporter), ni compensation. J'ai été au bord du malaise dans la nuit car le lit est très chaud (il doit être bien douillet l'hiver) et ai fini dans la baignoire En hiver je pense que j'aurais adoré la nuit.
