It started when I arrived. The guy at the reception had no knowledge of my accommodation. He made a lot of phone calls and after an hour and half he said the booking is under my mom's name which is not true coz I checked in as the main guest in Booking.com. It didnt end there we were given 2 rooms room 2 & 3. The floors were stinking old urine. The rooms were just not clean and there is even a note which says no refund so we were stuck. In any case Cpt was fully booked that weekend. My child has asthma and had to sleep in that condition. I ask the reception to change the rooms they said they are fully booked and seemed as if they dont know that that area stinks whilst it is not urine of today the carpet had old stains of urine including the rooms. The came with cleaning product which did not help, we slept with windows open with the noise from the club direct through the window. They promise to change one room the following day. They did and this room given was clean and even the side where it is was much better you can see its for clients rather than the side which looks like brothel side. Bedding had stains, we had to ask for pillows at least as we knew we not sleeping in those filthy duvet covers.
