The booking in was very easy

There were no areas to charge inside the room;space to put your luggage. There were bugs in their kitchen.The showers were blocked up. It was just a uncomfortable stay

Bedding wasn't clean, no shower and bath taps were leaking. The tv was unplugged and hanging skew on the wall.

The location

Subpar facilities, no locking cabinet, dirty room was cleaned after i arrived, they scheduled fumigation while rooms are booked and not on their own time, they said i can't leave any gadgets around, i had to leave my backpack at reception just for safety, after 2 hours i decided to leave and they refused to partially refund my 3 day booking, this is the worst experience out of any place I've booked

First time in my travel experience , I saw a transparent glass door for bathroom. No hangers to hang the towel. There is no responsible person to answer . I booked 4 bed darmentry room , but first day they gave 9 bed darmentry only after sending a mail only they changed my room.

The service is terrible. Please do not the mistake of booking there!!! For your own mental health; there’s no privacy, the infrastructure is collapsing, bathrooms are out of order and it’s not entirely safe.

First had to wait 3hours after my actual time Secondly my bath water of the night couldnt run out, so I couldnt take a bath before I leave, place was not quiet enuff for me to rest, I felt very unsaved people come in and go as they please

Horrible hostel

the staff was welcoming

I didn't like the place is so horrible,the staff always enters the rooms without proper knocking.They were not changing the linen,the beds wasn't comfortable at all.the doors didn't have the keys to lock for privacy,what they advertise on their website is not what you will see.The place is full of drunkards and prostitutes who smoke even inside the rooms,fight at the middle of the night.I didn't like the place and wouldn't recommend it for anyone else.Horrible place ever

Bad experience

I just liked the staff they are friendly and the kettle jug was clean.

The bathrooms not upto standard, the rooms were dirty not vaccumed , the bedding not being changed for 2 weeks and it has got stains.Some bringing gas to the dorms.Being mixed with herbal people in the domes doing their sangoma act.No safety when I was there ,there was a robbery incident one dormitory got kicked the door .what's on the picture standards is not what's inside.No tissues in the toilets had to beg for tissues at the reception

The bedding is clean that's all!!!! The shower head is large and the waters warm.

Nothing...it is what used to be an office I don't believe booking.com has taken the responsibility to look into the properties where you dignity is rife.This place made me feel thrown away From four beds to having an extra placed . There is hardly room to move. The kitchen is sheit!! The bathroom toilet you can hardly sit because it so close to the wall . You pay and shut up. The male draff continues entry into the female dorm!!!!!!
