+) recently renovated +) view from the terrace (although no usable chairs/table on it to enjoy it...) +) free parking (although far away) +) nice/patient guy sent to help check-in

-) Booking post indicated 2 bathrooms, but only 1 exists (and tiny) in reality (so this was a big constraint) -) same with regards to 3 bedrooms (when it's 2BR and other beds are in a corridor with no privacy and no wardrobes) -) most matresses are not flat or are repurposed from sofas/other furniture -) only 1 key provided for 7 people staying there and you need it to enter the building + apartment (i.e. everyone needs to move together) -) location is a nightmare to reach with a very narrow/one-way/steep street, no parking nearby and no guidance provided by the property. -) some stuff doesn't work (hairdryer not working, coffee moka not usable with induction cooker, etc) -) erratic/inconsistent responsiveness from the property manager(s) (it seems outsourced to multiple people, sometimes quick / other times just not responding for days).
