About this apartment rental
Apartment with enchanting view of the Torbiere del Sebino and Franciacorta. Independent and with a beautiful terrace with a magnificent panorama, near the center of Iseo, ideal for visiting the lake, the peat bogs and Franciacorta, even on foot or by bicycle.
Free parking at 20mt. unguarded.
It is suitable for multiple couples, families with children and large groups.
The accommodation
The apartment is of recent construction, on the first floor and with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Park of the Torbiere del Sebino Nature Reserve, which can be reached by crossing the road that passes underneath.
Entrance with large living room and kitchenette with kitchen equipped with dishes and pans, equipped with gas, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, coffee machine. 46 "Full HD TV with satellite receiver, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating.
2 double bedrooms and a nice bathroom with shower on the floor, 2 other bedrooms (1 double and 1 can be double or with 2 single beds, according to needs) and another bathroom with shower in the attic on the upper floor. Beautiful terrace with great panorama, with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and breakfasts with magnificent views.
You will find the apartment complete with bed linen, bathroom linen, iron, hairdryer.
Baby cots and high chairs are available on request, without extra charge.
We use energy from a 6 kW photovoltaic system combined with a 14 kW Tesla Powerwall 2 accumulator battery.
Guest access
The access is totally independent, the parking is free at 20 meters, not guarded. Unfortunately the structure is not suitable for disabled people.

We live at 10 meters., In the neighboring single house, we personally provide the welcome and we are available for any information and suggestions to make your stay pleasant. We are not always present but you can contact us for every need.
Other things to highlight
The center of Iseo and the pier for Montisola, the largest lake island in Europe, included in the list of "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy", can be easily reached on foot (2 km.) Or by bike path. On its top there is the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Ceriola from which it is possible to appreciate the beauty of the lake landscape.
It is also the perfect base for visiting Franciacorta with its vineyards and cellars, Valcamonica and the cities of Brescia and Bergamo.
The accommodation can be reached from Bergamo Orio al Serio 40 km, Verona Villafranca 70 km, Milan Linate 85 km, Malpensa 130 km.
Perfectly connected to the main roads (ring road, highway), it is only 10 minutes from the Rovato highway exit and about 20 minutes from the Brescia one.
