Villa Bornico (built in 1970) is situated on the hill in Monte Maderno, a town of Toscolano Maderno. In 2010 she has also been renovated. The villa consists of 2 twin apartments: Maclino and Stina, each for 4 people in 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the apartment Stina, and a large tavern with kitchen and table for 12 people. In the property there is a wide terrace, swimming pool, private parking, lake view, 4000 m2 of land, in an idyllic location surrounded by the forest.

Around the house there are over 4000 m2 of land. Thanks to a fence, the children can play around the house in safety. Lemon trees, palms, olive trees and cypress trees surround the house, so you can relax undisturbed in the countryside. There is a swimming pool and a terrace where you can enjoy the absolute tranquility. Lake view, private parking, wireless internet access and HD TV with DVD Plazer are also available. This villa in a beautiful hillside location, just 5 minutes' walk from Maclino. There you will find restaurants, bars and shops.
