A wonderful stay with amazing hosts and breathtaking views—I’ll definitely return!

I absolutely loved the host, Linda, and her family. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. At every opportunity, Linda went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered amazing views of Lake Iseo. She was also very generous in providing essentials like water, pasta, and cleaning supplies. The fully equipped big kitchen was perfect for our family. I would happily give 100 stars to the host if I could! My family truly loved the stay. :) Thanks, Linda – Deepa

Posizione e il parcheggio comodo

Il fatto che mi sia stato detto con chiarezza che i cani dovevano pagare, reputo esagerati €.30 a testa ( abbiamo due cani uno di 5 kg l' altro un po' più grande 12 kg.) comunque al di là del prezzo bisognerebbe essere più chiari come per le foto ! Le foto sono miste di tutti gli appartamenti quindi un pasticcio tanto che avevo la convinzione di avere due bagni e invece era uno, l' altro era di un altro appartamento la vista fronte lago non era del mio appartamento insomma un pasticcio, bisogna essere più CHIARI. Al di là di questo comunque il soggiorno è stato positivo.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Vermieterin Linda ist eine tolle Gastgeberin.Sie hilft bei allen Fragen und Anluegen prompt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, top ausgestattet und sauber. Unsere Wohnung verfügte über 2 Balkone mit Seeblick. Ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus steht zur Verfügung. Hunde sind willkommen.

Das Haus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wasser, dadurch auch direkt an der stark befahrenen Straße. Für Spaziergänge mit Hunden war es für mich persönlich etwas stressig.

Top Appartement mit fantastischer Aussicht 🤩

Tolles, top ausgestattetes Appartement in der ersten Etage mit fantastischem Blick auf den See. Sehr großer Balkon mit Sonnenschutz. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz direkt hinterm Haus. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die elektrischen Jalousien an allen Fenstern. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die super freundliche Gastgeberin Linda hat uns mit tollen Ausflugstipps und Restaurantvorschlägen versorgt. Unser Hund wurde herzlich empfangen und es standen sogar Näpfe zur Verfügung. Liebe Linda, ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal für die netten Gastgeschenke 😃

Im Untergeschoss ist eine Firma ansässig und ab ca. 8:00 Uhr morgens sind doch einige Geräusche zu hören… Klitzekleine Anregung: Vielleicht eine Garderobe oder Haken für Jacken im Wohnraum (direkt an der Wand hinter der Eingangstür 😉)

Komfortables Apartment mit schönem Ambiente und Panoramablick.

Top ausgestattetes Apartment in der ersten Etage mit tollem Panoramablick über den See. Sehr geschmackvolle, moderne Möblierung, bequemes Sofa, viel Staufläche in Schränken. Küchenutensilien für eigenes Kochen bei Bedarf ausreichend vorhanden. Große Panoramaterrasse mit top modernem Sonnenschutz. Privater und praktischer Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Die freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin Linda ist jederzeit ansprechbar, hat schöne Ausflugstipps und Restaurantvorschläge parat und hilft bei Tischreservierungen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, Linda! Der sympathische und wenig touristische Ortskern von Predore, einige Restaurants sowie ein nette Cafeteria sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten, weitere Orte mit größerer Gastronomieauswahl in 10 bis 30 Minuten per PKW erreichbar. Ebenso mehrere Supermärkte mit großer und guter Auswahl.

Das Bett ist auf den ersten Blick bequem, hat aufgrund der Konstruktion des Kopfteils jedoch eine verkürzte Liegefläche, sodass die subjektiv empfunden recht harte Matratze für größere Menschen nur eingeschränkt funktioniert. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers könnte durch zusätzliche gemütliche Lichtquellen, eine Steh- oder Tischleuchte sowie einen Couchtisch noch aufgewertet werden. Bequeme Sitzmöbel sind auf der Terrasse vorhanden, ein Esstisch fehlt hier, falls man gerne draußen essen würde. Die sehr günstige Lage der Villa Anna mit dem uneingeschränkten und fantastischen Ausblick auf den See bringt als Manko mit sich, dass tagsüber auf der Terrasse und bei geöffneten Türen der Durchgangsverkehr stark zu hören ist, was für ruhesuchende Gäste gewöhnungsbedürftig sein kann.

Et godt sted å våkne. 🦋

Fantastisk opplevelse av å bo i en ny oppusset fremtidsrettet leilighet. Energi besparende tiltak, meget positiv opplevelse. Ellers var det gåavstand til sentrum av Predore, der det var lett å ta dagsturer med buss eller båt. Vi gikk hver dag til et hyggelig lite hotell i sentrum og spiste frokost for en rimelig penge. Landsbyen Predore har ingen prangende kjøpesenter, men tar vare på de gamle bygningene på italiensk vis. Hyggelig vertskap og utvalget av restauranter langs innsjøen gjorde oppholdet helt nydelig for oss.🫶 En spesiell takk til verten for transport til flyplassen, det var en uventet hyggelig gest. Takk for hyggelig opphold hos dere 🦋 vh tre damer på tur.

Fanatastyczny pobyt w urokliwym miejscu.

Villa Anna to obiekt, który zachwyca. Piękny przestronny apartament zaopatrzony we wszystkie udogodnienia, niezbędne sprzęty kuchenne, wygodne łóżka, klimatyzację. Apartament jest nowoczesny, czysty, bardzo przestronny i swobodnie czuliśmy się tam jako czteroosobowa rodzina. Teren wokół posesji bardzo zadbany, a widok z tarasu na jezioro Iseo niesamowity. Pani Linda to fantastyczna, ciepła osoba, która z uśmiechem wita gości i dba o ich komfort przez cały pobyt. Bardzo podobały na się przygotowane broszury, które pomogły nam w zwiedzaniu kolejnych miasteczek nad jeziorem. Bardzo polecam.

Rilassante e piacevole

Ben attrezzata con tutti i confort( lavastoviglie, phon, microonde, ferro da stiro, biancheria), vista spettacolare sul lago dal balcone, posizione ottimale e vicino alle spiagge. Padrona di casa molto disponibile e ospitale. Ci ha consigliato tutti i posti belli da vedere e avendo pochi giorni a disposizione abbiamo sfruttato al meglio tutto il tempo .
