Design Penthouse with Balcony - Iseo

Das Apartment war sehr schön, es war alles da was man braucht. Auch ein großer Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe. Der Hafen ist ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt.

Die Couch ist schon etwas durchgelegen und war nicht so toll zum schlafen.

Sehr sauber, gute Kommunikation, sehr gross, gute Lage

Sehr gross (offensichtlich nicht unbedingt negativ, aber wenn man eher nach etwas gemütlichen sucht evtl nicht perfekt)

Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung in Iseo ist toll, zum See und in den Ort sind es lediglich ca. 10 Gehminuten. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende einer privaten Straße, dadurch gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm. Außerdem ist die Wohnung in der obersten Etage eines ruhigen Wohnhauses und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Der Garagenstellplatz war sehr komfortabel. Darüberhinaus gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe weitere kostenlose Parkplätze. Fußläufig gibt es außerdem einen Supermarkt mit allem für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Küche verfügt über eine überdurchschnittlich gute Ausstattung und im Kühlschrank gibt es zusätzlich ein paar Schubladen für das Gefrierfach.

Der Balkon ist toll, allerdings eher schmal sodass er sich zwar gut zum Verweilen nutzen lässt, nicht jedoch zum Einnehmen von Speisen. Oberflächen und Schubladen in der Küche hätten gründlicher gereinigt sein können. Die Bettdecken sind - typisch für südeuropäische Länder - lediglich Laken, das sollte man beachten.

Location was good and apartment was really quiet.

We stayed here as out last stay on an Interrail trip having spent time in Paris, Zell am See and Bled. We deliberately booked what was supposed to be the best accommodation for last. Unfortunately what a disappointment: - apartment dirty on arrival. Wrappers left under the sofa bed, old shoes in wardrobe, dirty sinks, toilet that smelled of urine, coffee machine not cleaned out....We flagged with the owner that night and a cleaner was sent in the next day. Although they did some cleaning, it still wasn't good. - welcome cakes had melted but then put in the fridge prior to our arrival. These would have been a lovely touch but someone had opened the box and then decided to still leave them despite not being fit to eat - sofa bed had been left out for us which we thought was nice. When we tried to put it up the next day it wouldn't go. We asked for them to do it when cleaning but they didn't so we assume it was broken and we had to have it out for our full stay. - mattress on sofa bed very poor and you could feel the base. - received a WhatsApp at end of stay offering us £100 off next booking.com stay, even if it wasn't with them, in exchange for leaving a 10/10 review. This is completely unethical and should contravene any standards that booking.com are trying to achieve as it is deliberately misleading guests into booking accommodation that is rated much higher than it should be. Disgraceful behaviour.
