Calm stay in Franciacorta

Good location for exploring the Franciacorta region.

Nice Building with a good overall flair.

Air conditiong didn't work, therefore the room was too hot and humod. There were ants in the bathroom. Breakfast is only two croissants, so no choices. We didn't get any reimbursement.

It’s important to note that I came in the off-season so things were extremely quiet, but nonetheless I had a pleasant stay. The staff was scarce, but when I did see them they were very kind and helpful! I came down too late for breakfast one morning but the hostess was more than happy to still serve me. The property was quiet, and I think there may have only been one other guest there but it has a great location for wineries (I recommend coming during nice weather and biking around the area).

My room was ever so slightly outdated (really just the tile around the bathtub) but other than that it was comfortable and I really liked the skylight!

Lo staff che lavora nel ristorante ha decisamente causato molto rumore fino alle h 1 di notte . Telefono in camera non era funzionante

Location conosciuta e frequentata in passato, ottima posizione per le mie esigenze.

Ho scritto e chiamato la struttura per avere indicazioni relative al check-in, non ho avuto risposte. Camera con vasca idromassaggio ma senza ripari per la doccia (risultato: bagnato dappertutto) Camera senza affacci esterni, comprensibile in città, non sulle colline della Franciacorta. In camera non c'era nemmeno un tavolino per poter lavorare con il PC. Le prossime volte cercherò di prenotare i mini-appartamenti utilizzati in passato presso la stessa struttura, molto più belli e adeguati per le mie esigenze.

De kamer was ruim en prima schoon, de kamer wordt tijdens het verblijf schoongemaakt. Airconditioning werkt goed. Locatie ten opzichte van de Franciacorta wijngaarden is super, ze zijn op loopafstand. Er zijn restaurants in de buurt, maar niet veel. De douche is prettig.

Het bed was aan de harde kant.

Geen airco en het terrasje was omringd door een redelijk hoge muur, geen ontbijt. Bij aankomst niemand aanwezig. Een Italiaan die op straat liep heeft gebeld en toen kwamen ze de deur open doen

Det luktade mögel. Det obefintliga mottagandet drar fullkomligt ner betyget. Ingen i receptionen. Fick fråga andra gäster om vad som gällde. Förstod att hotellet hade skickat ett meddelande per Whatsup med en film som visade vart man hämtar nyckeln. Men jag använder inte Whatsup så jag hade inte sett det. Innformationen som står på booking är helt missvisande: Inget av detta står; att det inte var ett hotell och att restaurangen inte var öppen.

Stanza bella e. Nuova anche se poco comoda

Servizi. No staff. No shampoo. No colazione. Caldo. Letto sul soppalco scomodo. Decoder sky non attivo. Bollitore con spina schuko ma in stanza nessuna presa adatta
