We travel frequently and have stayed in many places, but this was without doubt our best experience yet.
Stefania and Enrico are simply the finest hosts we've ever had — warm, genuinely helpful, and welcoming in a way that feels effortless. Stefania's parents are equally wonderful, and from the moment you arrive, the whole property feels like a home rather than a guesthouse. That's exactly what they invite you to do: treat the house and garden as your own.
The suite itself was beautiful — a lovely bathtub, spotlessly clean, and everything you could need. Parking is easy, and the garden is a joy to spend time in, whether you want to read, relax, or simply do nothing. Stefania has also put together a thoughtful little booklet with local tips and recommendations, and if you'd rather stay in for the evening, she'll even arrange pizza from a nearby pizzeria for you.
The highlight for us, though, was breakfast. Everything is regional, homemade, and served without a scrap of plastic in sight. Stefania and Enrico bake fresh every single day — we counted around eight different cakes on our last morning. It's the kind of detail that's hard to believe until you experience it.
We can't recommend this place highly enough.

Very nice and cozy B&B with a fantastic breakfast freshly prepared by the hosts. Stefania was extremely helpful, guiding us through the many choices of Franciacorta wineries and restaurants. We truly enjoyed all her recommendations and felt very well taken care of.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home. The hosts, Stefaniia and Enrico were exceptionally warm, kind, and welcoming—they truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt at ease and cared for. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and a highlight of each day.

My wife and I stayed a couple nights here on our visit (mostly) to Lago d’Iseo, although staying adjacent to the vineyards where the Chardoney grapes are grown for Franciacorta is certainly a plus. Indeed, a now-fond memory is sitting exactly adjacent to the vines with a glass of the local wine in the evening. Well, this place is terrific for many reasons. Maybe the first reason is the incredibly welcoming attitude of the owners, Stephania and Enrico, who are eager to offer advice and help. But the clean and comfortable room is also excellent. Beware: it is necessary to be able to climb the stairs, but most people will not find that troublesome. Breakfast is top-notch. Both S&E contribute to baking many cakes, multiple kinds of fresh fruit (many homegrown), multiple cheeses, breads, and meat, etc.
