Lovely place to stay - would highly recommend.

Lovely peaceful place to stay. Really comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The host went out of his way to help us during our stay. It is a bit out of the town of Iseo so you really would ideally need your own transport - but lovely views across the lake from the accommodation.

Clean, friendly staff, fantastic location

It was clean, fantastic location looking over Iseo. Secluded but still easy accessible från town - we walked up the hill and it took no more than 20 minutes. Staff was super friendly, facilities clean and stylish. Breakfast and dinner was divine, and their own wine is a must-try. I fully recommend staying there if you’re visiting Iseo.

Fantastic views, clean and comfortable accommodation in a wonderful location.

It is a beautiful property with a fantastic view, always clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast every day and chose to book dinner on the weekend, all delicious and the staff could not have been more helpful. The property is in a fantastic location, easily accessible from Iseo, about a 10/15 minute walk to the station. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful setting

Agriturismo Forest B&B is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The pictures on Booking do not do it justice. The beds, towels, and air conditioning were comfortable. We loved that we could each have two pillows, and there was a bath tub. It's not obvious in the listing, but the rooms have a minifridge. The view of Iseo and the lake are breathtaking. The breakfast was typical, continental style. We had dinner on Saturday, and it was delicious.

It is difficult to get to town without a car and there are few taxis in Iseo. We were able to borrow bikes, but you must be very fit to get back up the hill again. We wished we had a small seating area in our room.

Elevated location with excellent views.

Approach Road is O k if traffic is not coming from the opposite direction. Very narrow road for a large car with overhanging rocks and fence rails and few passing places.

The breakfast was excellent with a good range of food to choose from. We enjoyed having a drink out on the terrace and taking in the stunning views. The people that run the property care about what they do and it shows.

The location provides a peaceful setting and the view is beautiful. The staff are excellent. Friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Our room was immaculate. The breakfast plentiful and varied. We borrowed the free bikes too - an added bonus.

Way exceeded expectations

The view is amazing! The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a room with a/c so we closed windows at night and it was quiet. We were bike touring on a tandem, so the climb was a bit hard, but well worth the view. Internet was great and best was wonderful.

The views from the place are truly beautiful and one feels peaceful and rested. The staff are very kind and helpful!

It’s a bit far from the centre, but that’s okay because one needs to be far to have the beautiful view of the mountains. If you have a car, then it’s perfect! Little difficult for pedestrians to get around, restaurants are all about 20 min walk away.

Lovely hotel, a bit out of town but a great view. The room was excellent and breakfast was delicious, with their own products (honey, jam, etc). Staff were extremely friendly.

Breathtaking view in a clean b&b

The room and the whole place were exceptionally clean and tidy. The view from our room was beautiful! Breakfast was good: the selection was simple but mainly good quality and well made. The staff was kind and helpful.

Wifi was slow but it wasn't a problem for us. The pastries at breakfast didn't taste very fresh, although everything else was very good.

Location is very quiet and relaxing. The restaurant is not open every night but I'd highly recommend going, the food and service are excellent.

The idea, position of hotel is good, several points need major improvement.

The location is excellent, great views and a feeling of security. Bed linen good, and changed frequently. Parking is convenient, wi-fi functioned well (better than a 4-star hotel we recently stayed at). The cleaning staff and reception are excellent.

I expect a coffee machine in the breakfast room, it seemed we were limited to 2 small cups each. Also more food variety would be welcome. A freshly cooked, hot boiled egg, a toaster, small containers for rubbish on tables, also some choice of hot food were all missing. The water system went from warm to scalding in seconds, the showers need descaling, the flush on the toilet did not function - I was able to repair it myself - at first the water ran permanently (clearly was like that for years, basin stained) so a correct flush was impossible. In such hot weather a small fridge in room is expected, and on night one the electricity was cut - difficult to use the bathroom! The idea of allowing dogs into the breakfast room without muzzle is wrong, we faced a threatening situation when an arrogant Italian let his dog bark nonstop and told us to return to Switzerland when I complained - the management is too weak - he is losing customers like this. I was on the point of calling the police, as my wife was frightened this rabid Italian would vandalise our car. One couple simply left the room without eating breakfast, the manager hid in the kitchen! At least 3 of the groups staying were affluent and they will not be returning! The rooms are incredibly echoey! you hear noises, people talking, every door closing - this is not European standard.

It was wonderful to be on the farm but as there are no facilities nearby it would have been good to be able to make a tea or coffee in the room.

Superb

This place is absolutely superb. The service from the staff was great. It is simple, but wonderful. The setting was gorgeous and views outstanding. You need a car, or, like us you can use the free bikes, but it is uphill back and from the centre is Iseo took us just under 20 mins to cycle / push the bike back. The breakfast is simple and ample. But the restaurant for dinner is first class, the food quality was probably the best in the whole time in Italy and well worth the treat.

The room could have benefited from an additional fan, we were there when it was so hot, so one fan was working at full strength to keep us cooler, a second would have probably made a good difference.

We had the apartment, a double room and a single room. The standard rooms were really nice with a fantastic view from the balcony. The apartment was simply gorgeous. Spacious and modern. Two big bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. I strongly recommend it. I can't think of a nicer place I have stayed. Restaurant is also excellent.
