Perfect luxury apartments

We expected something else

Spacious apartment. Parking next door, very clean, at least in November

It is called a lake view apartment. It does not have a lake view, unless you are on the top floor. We stayed on the ground floor seemed originally planned as a shop. The bedroom is next to the pavement, very noisy. When travelling with a dog, there is not much green to let it run freely, just stone.

Short Trip to bella Italia

When we arrived at the apartment we were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner. The apartment was on the ground floor, the first time we walked through we noticed how clean and lovingly everything was kept. The equipment of the apartment was really good and we were able to relax really well on these 4 days. A small supermarket was a 3 minute walk away and the lake about 5 minutes. All in all a nice place to stay and we look forward to seeing you again.

it has a lovely view of Lake d’Iseo, with a balcony you could sit out on, very comfortable, close to the centre of Predore. Overall, a great apartment.

Perfect for families wanting to be slightly out of the way and with more space

Such a fantastic apartment in a great, family friendly (we have a one year old and a just turned four year old) town. The staff were faultless, so welcoming and friendly. The place seems to be owned by people who either have little kids themselves or are super tuned into what young families might benefit from. Local restaurants are easy with kids and turn out really good food, too. An easy base to drive around the lake and has its own port for Mount Isola.

Very modern apartment on the ground floor, high quality finishes throughout. Two bathrooms, very comfy bed and a private outdoor space with table, chairs and sun chairs. Great location at a stone's throw from the lake.

Fabulous apartment

everything, the appartment is new, 10 points for designer, quiet village , nearby have some good restaurant (very delicious pizza restaurant, in the garden you can enjoy breakfast or take sunbath (have sunchair if you book 1th floor). i prefer this place certainly for big town or villages nearby. on the front of the house have also mineral water station, but you should prepare some empty bottles and coins to get it, some more min walking have small Grocery shop from where can buy bread and milk for breakfast. Bigger shops are located 3 km from apartment. Hotel also offer bicylce rental , if you have time i recomment to rent it and take a trip around the lake.

towels --- towels are good looking but not made from cotton, i hope they will change them.

Stylish but not perfect

Very modern and stylish, quiet, good location with nice restaurants near, nice terrace area to sit outside, parking is right in front of the apartment

The apartment focuses more on style than comfort. - The bedroom has no door to get some fresh air in (it is locked). The air system is good though. - one bathroom including toilet is with a glass wall. The family can watch you…. - this bathroom has a tub, which you can fill but there is no possibility to shower (so basically it is useless or only good for very small children). - the sofa bed is separated by a glass wall only; no curtains. Our kids were sleeping there, meaning you cannot turn the lights on in the living room at night (or wake them). - I don’t know which material the towels are; they are fluffy but don’t dry you off at all, leaving you a wet sheen on your skin which is very uncomfortable. - all the hanging for towels etc looks good but everything constantly slips off and falls to the ground - church bells are loud and ring a lot in the morning - why have a washing machine if you nothing to hang up clothes to dry? Some of these things are small, but make a stay less comfortable.

The host waited for us with the keys

We were the first occupants of this recently finished apartment. There were some glitches with an overcooling fridge, the hot water and the air conditioning. They were all sorted out within a day or so.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Mensch & Hund

Die Residence Perlago liegt im Herzen von Predore. Von unserer Ferienwohnung hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Berge & den Wasserfall. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und modern. Alles war gut durchdacht und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für Hundebesitzer: Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist. Unser Hund war in der Residence Perlago mehr als willkommen. Zudem gab es einen perfekten kleinen Spazierweg „für das schnelle Geschäft“ in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ferienwohnung. In Predore am Hafen gibt’s zudem einen eingezäunten Agility- Spielplatz für Hunde.

Toller Urlaub am Iseosee- perfekt für Ausflüge

Die Lage in Predore, direkt am See. Parkplatz vor der Tür (kostenpflichtig, 6€/ Tag). Gegenüber eine kleine Bäckerei, Restaurants fußläufig. Fähranleger ebenfalls nur eine Minute entfernt. Viele Strände/ Bademöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Wir waren meistens mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs-perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist groß, 2 Badezimmer. Ausstattung ist gut, inkl. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre gut gewesen, aber für uns hat das gepasst. Milena war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist spitze. Alles frisch renoviert und picobello sauber. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für angenehme Temperatur in der Wohnung. Christina und Milena unterstützen in jeder Hinsicht. Die Ausstattung mit Geräten in der Küche ist sehr gut

Die Anzahl der Bestecke könnte evtl. etwas üppiger sein. Dann könnte man die Geschirrspülmaschine optimal nutzen. Das ist aber wirklich der einzige Punkt.

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Appartement und einen tollen Blick auf dem See. Die Verwaltung war immer zu erreichen und war sehr hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Hund war sehr willkommen und bekam viel Aufmerksamkeit. Toll

Die Balkonstühle waren etwas unbequem. Sonst alles top.
