Monte Isola - Decio Apartments

The breakfast was very nice with a fair amount of variety and lovely service by Valentina!

The check in process was a nightmare! We arrived in the dark and headed to Pier 3 which I had read on other reviews but did not see as online instructions to get to this location. We walked around for quite some time and then asked 2 men (Saul and Denis) in an adjacent white tent for help. They obviously knew the owner, Paulo and called him several times without any luck. We asked for a local restaurant and as we were hungry and they said to go and eat dinner and they would come by and let us know how to get to the apartment. They came through! We proceeded to the apartment only to find it 'stone' cold at the end of October. We tried to figure out how to turn on the heating system as there was NOT any instructions, no binder or paperwork with information at all! We went to bed without heat. The next day we worked on the heating system a bit more and now the heat was warming slightly and 18 hours later, in the middle of the night the floors started to warm just before we left the next morning. The breakfast building was lovely and service was wonderful but we found zero toilet paper nor hand towels in one of the washrooms as the toilet paper holder was broken and missing. We let Valentina know and she said that is Paulo's job to repair and replace that. All in all we were not impressed. The heat needs to be turned on 1 day before people arrive in the spring, fall and winter otherwise we might as well be in a tent outside. The apartment has been restored very nicely but there was black mould along the wall where it meets the bathtub. My daughter reached out to Paulo and he said the heat comes on quickly but it does not. Hospitality needs to be improved, if not, vacationers will not feel welcome to stay here as in fact, we felt abandoned. This was not a good way to start out a holiday in Italy. We have stayed at several other locations as we travelled around and have not received a lack of reception or heat as this one.

Appartamento molto grande e confortevole, il personale gentile e premuroso per ogni necessità. Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro. La colazione viene servita in un locale molto curato e spazioso.

Tutto perfetto! È Prevista perfino la l'avete n bagno!

Consigliamo lasciare qualche essential in più (esempio il sale) e info su wifi

Appartamento molto semplice, pulitissimo, a 2 minuti a piedi dall’imbarco. Cucina fornita di tutto, inclusi capsule del caffè, sale e zucchero Colazione eccellente con torte fatte in casa, a 7-8 minuti dall’appartamento

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch. Sehr groß, mit einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und zwei schönen Schlafzimmern. Das Badezimmer ist riesig. Die Lage war perfekt, ganz nah zur touristischen Straße, aber trotzdem war da sehr ruhig und leise. Es gab ein schönes italienisches Frühstück, die Kuchen waren sehr lecker. Einfach perfekt!

Lieber sich vorher bei dem Gastgeber melden und fragen, wie es mit der Schlüsselübergabe aussieht. Sonst ist alles toll.

Wir haben spontan eine Unterkunft in der Nähe gesucht und sind auf dieses “Schätzchen” gestoßen! Ein großes, wunderschönes, geschmackvolles und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten eingerichtetes Appartement! Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Wir hatten nicht das geringste Auszusetzen! Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind werden wir definitiv wieder buchen!!!
