If the aircon had worked , I mean this place is really a wonderful recreation place.

The personal amd the country side of the place

Unfortently the earlier guest have raised the floor heat so much so the air codition did not work as it should , due to the owner. So the sleep was not so good during this extremely warm nights.

Location although facilities and staff are better at other hotels nearby, especially nearest one where we moved to instead.

Manageress trying to refuse to serve breakfast she had already made when we arrived within serving time and others were still there as was our breakfast waiting at the table she tried to refuse. Very silly. Same lady knocking on our door and asking us to leave within 5 minutes otherwise she would charge for another day. We left within the 5 minutes only to get a barrage of calls both to us and remarkably to other guests asking why we had not paid for an extra day. Very silly again. Her dog barking at everyone for no reason. They say the dog is never bad, it's always the owners fault. Agreed. Generally disorganised and not professionally run.

A gem of a place to stay, kind owners, peaceful, spotlessly clean. A little slice of heaven.

What a beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy our stay, excellent dinner and breakfast with a wonderful view from the terrace. Home made pasta, tender steak, local wines served with kindness and love. Perfect!

Marvellous location but distant welcome...

Breakfast choice was large, extremely wide selection - however choice had to be effectuated the day before due to the COVID situation. The rooms were comfortable and adequate for the stay of one night - the two beds on the second floor however badly lit and the ceiling seems to fall onto one's head due to the height not being of great measure. Generally very well kept and extremely clean, the bathroom well equipped. The location was superb, however up a windy and tight off-the beaten path road away in a nearby commune away from Sarnico...

The terrace offers no privacy at all, due to the fence on both sides of the other rooms having large cuts as the wood is in a criss-cross style. The owners were rather cold and distant and did not provide a welcoming environment - the young staff however serving the breakfast were extremely nice and polite.

Tenuta bellissima con una vista meravigliosa. Ad accogliere è stata la signora Nadia molto cordiale e simpatica. La camera era bella, con un enorme balcone vista laghetto. Colazione ottima con le opzioni sia dolci che salate. Abbiamo anche approfittato del ristorante aperto e abbiamo fatto una cena davvero buona.

Boendet ligger vackert ute på landet, men inte långt från Sarnico och Lago d'Iseo. Trevlig atmosfär och rummet hade stor balkong. Frukosten innehöll allt som vi önskade. Den beställs från meny och dukas fram på bordet. Vi åt middag i restaurangen och var mycket nöjda!
