Very noisy, restless vacation in August

The apartment is very spacious. It has a well-equipped kitchen with 3 moka pots of different sizes.

The apartment is very noisy, you literally get a open air nightclub as your neighbor here with the nearby catholic community center (oratorio) hosting loud parties *every night* till 1-2am. Our attempts to talk to the organizers, pleading them to finish at midnight were met with indifference. To make things worse, the apartment sits on top of "bar centrale" opening at 6:30am and filling with noisy patrons immediately. This left us and our children 4-5hours of sleep / night. The apartment owner had kindly refunded 1 of 7 nights as a compensation for our complaints yet, understandably, was unable otherwise to improve our experience.

Family of five adults having a short vacation at the Iseo Lake

The apartment was big enough to enjoy a nice stay with a family of five persons of whom all are adults. It was great to have two bathrooms with showers. Recycling was very well organised. There were all the recycling bins easily accessibile on the balcony next to kitchen. We also loved the lake and mountain view from the other privat balcony.

We had to pay the cleaning in cash.

The only issue was that upon check-out, cleaning ladies came 30 minutes before we had to leave it, and they were pushing us to leave , which left us with a bit of stress.

Tolle Größe, genug Platz für uns alle vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Von der Rückseite hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Ort und den See

Vielleicht sollte man über den Einbau einer Klimaanlage nachdenken. Die Wohnung heizt sich doch sehr auf bei Temperaturen um und über 30 Grad

Ottima esperienza! L'appartamento è impeccabile: pulito, arredato di recente con uno stile minimale e moderno che lo rende estremamente accogliente. La posizione è davvero conveniente, perfetta per muoversi facilmente. Un grande plus è il parcheggio gratuito disponibile, che aggiunge ulteriore comodità al soggiorno. Consigliato per chi cerca comfort e praticità!

Piccoli dettagli per migliorare l'esperienza! L'appartamento è davvero confortevole e ben arredato, ma un piccolo consiglio per il proprietario: sarebbe utile attrezzare entrambi i bagni con accessori indispensabili, come porta rotolo, porta asciugamani e ganci a muro o a piantana per appendere accappatoi e altri indumenti. Questi dettagli renderebbero il soggiorno ancora più pratico e funzionale!
