Die Lage ist in einer verkehrsberuhigenden Zone. In unmittelbarer Nähe am sehr kleinen Holzsteg/ Badesteg. Wir konnten direkt an der Wohnung auf öffentlichen Parkflächen kostenlos parken. Die Wohnungen mit Schlafzimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn das gegenüberliegende Lokal noch spät feierte, dann halfen die geschlossenen Fenster dank Klimaanlage sehr gut gegen die nächtliche Geräuschkulisse. In Italien lebt und feiert man gern. Und wir fahren auch deshalb gern nach Italien. Aus diesem Grund ist dies für uns nicht negativ.

Lage prima, sehr zentral. Wohnung insgesamt sehr schön, bis auf ...
Wohnküche im Erdgeschoss, Schlaf- und Badezimmer im ersten Stock, durch kleine Treppe mit 22 Stufen getrennt! Gegenüber Restaurant, Abends teilweise etwas lauter.
