Nice, very clean, well located apartment with everything we needed

Nice, very clean apartment equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, there are a few amazing restaurants just around the corner; a playground for kids is 4min walk and overlooks the lake. It was nice to have a little terrace to sit outside in the evening. And the kids were happy to find a few board games to entertain themselves. We did not drink the welcome wine that we found in the fridge, but it was certainly very nice to find it and we felt welcome. It was very easy to get the keys from the lockbox and check in at a time that was comfortable for us - no need to align on when we'd be arriving. We didn't meet the host but we could chat via booking.com messaging, and everything went very smoothly.

Just a few minor things that do not necessarily relate to others: we found the master-bed to be on the hard side. The noise insulation isn't good in the building, so in the early morning it gets pretty loud from all the sounds of neighbors waking up.

Abbiamo trascorso dei magnifici giorni per festeggiare l'anno nuovo. La casa è accogliente, pulita, molto calda e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal lago, nelle vicinanze di bar e ristoranti. A 5 minuti di macchina è presente un supermercato. Oltretutto abbiamo avuto due biciclette in dotazione da poter utilizzare. I proprietari sono sempre stati gentili e disponibili per tutto. Assieme a noi è venuta la nostra cagnolina che è stata accolta da una comoda cuccia e dei biscottini di benvenuto, mentre in frigorifero ci aspettava una bottiglia di spumante per poter festeggiare. Struttura decisamente consigliata!

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Schönes Apartment, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Kurzer Weg zur Promenade und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ruhige Lage.

Der Ort Clusane ist einfach wunderschön

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, in der Küche alles was man braucht, Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, 👍

Unruhig und sehr hellhörig von darüber wohnender Mieter, Müllplatz unmittelbar vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster :(

Appartement, propre et fonctionnel, bien situé

L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Le contact avec les hôtes est facile et il nous fournit de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région.

En fin de journée, il manquerait un peu d’ombre sur la terrasse. Un parasol ou un store pourrait être un plus.

Ottima posizione vicino al centro, comodo piano terra con parcheggio ( anche se spazio risicato) non abbiamo incontrato il proprietario che però ci ha dato tutte le info necessarie, appartamento pulito carino e con tutto il necessario anche di più tipo la possibilità di usufruire delle bici ( noi non le abbiamo utilizzate perché abbiamo 2 bimbi )

SYMPA et bon rapport qualité-prix

Après avoir récupéré les clés dans une boîte sécurisée, on découvre un appartement facile d'accès et très bien situé, près de la Promenade du lac, près des bars, des cafés et près de plusieurs restaurants, notamment : «Al Porto", cuisine typique (fait le plein tous les jours) et surtout "PANE AL SALE" très bel endroit, à la cuisine plus raffinée et aux prix identiques. Équipement complet (dont un lave-linge appréciable), parking sécurisé presque devant la porte, calme absolu. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Clusane est un petit village (très) tranquille, mais proche de Sarnico et surtout d’Iseo, petite ville charmante.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit gutem Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Optimale Lage nah am See. Eine ruhige Nachbarschaft, eigener Parkplatz, sehr sauber. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten.

Im Bad etwas mehr Möglichkeiten die Sachen aufzuhängen. Uns persönlich war das Sofa zu klein mit 3 Personen
