Everything was great. Very good contact, clean, parking… everything.

Wifi was quite slow and probably because how property is build it was also hard to get good mobile internet quality. It was not a big issue for us, but if someone would like to work from here it could be challenging.

Very gentle and hospitable owner. Very interesting interior with nice details. Supermarket very close and Lake Coast quite near. Very comfortable, BBQ Spot, also Wifi is working very good. Er felt very comfortable.

We had everything we needed in the apartment and everything we wanted in the Iseo lake area.

It’s a nicely decorated cozy apartment with all the stuff we needed including a bed and chair for our baby. Very close to a supermarket. Beautiful area around the Iseo lake with nice villages and nature to hike in.

The apartment is located at a busy road. You barely notice it from inside, but sitting in the front yard didn’t feel as peaceful as we hoped.

Lovely unusual property with a warm welcome.

Very quirky and unusual property. Handmade furniture to a really high standard. Our son absolutely loved his little 'bedroom' up the ladder. Location was just a short drive to Lake Iseo and the town of Paratico. Parking easy to use just across the road from the property. Host extremely helpful.

Nice Appartment, Uncomfortable Bed

Nice, well equipped, spacious appartment.

The mattress of the double bed is probably older than me and in bad shape. Every sjngle spring is poking you somewhere. This should absolutely be replaced. Communication with the host is challenging if you don‘t speak italian.

Beautiful place to stay its a bit outside of sarnico 40 min walk but the host was always there and very helpful definitely recommend to anyone to stay here

Charmante ungewöhnliche Inneneinrichtung, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail erstellt wurde! Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Kommunikation über WhatsApp in Englisch war unkompliziert. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 200m Abstand.

Internet-Süchtige müssen zurück stecken: kaum Mobilfunkempfang IM Haus, das Wifi war zum Streamen nicht ausreichend. Ein wenig hellhörig.

Alloggio bellissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Lo stile è fantastico. La casa è piena di oggetti vintage. È spazioso ed è presente tutto il necessario. Ottima la pulizia. Il letto era comodo e con piú cuscini da scegliere. La signora che ci ha accolto gentilissima. .

Per andare al lago bisogna prendere la macchina ma è un Ottimo punto d'appoggio per girare il lago

Mooie complete accommodatie. Aardige eigenaar. De kamers hebben allerlei grappige details. Fijn dat de hond gratis mee mocht. Jammer dat we er maar 1 nacht waren.

Het licht in de badkamer is niet ideaal en spiegel er laag voor deze lange Nederlandse.

Toll für Familien bis maximal 4 Personen

Der Gastgeber Simone war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig zur verabredeten Zeit vor Ort um uns das Apartment zu übergeben. Unser Apartment war voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so benötigt. Es war sehr sauber und gut von Lärm isoliert. Das Hauptschlafzimmer schaut toll aus und laut meinen Eltern ist das Bett sehr bequem. Auch das Badezimmer wusste zu überzeugen. Und wichtig für alle die ihr Fahrzeug lieben! Die Unterkunft besitzt einen separierten, überwachten Parkplatz. Ich hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt angst um mein Motorrad. Wichtig! Das Besteck befindet sich in einer Schublade im Esstisch! Wir haben länger danach gesucht.

Das sehr kleine zweite Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelstockbett aus den 60ern ist etwas Fragwürdig und sollte mal erneuert werden. Geschlafen habe ich dort aber ebenfalls sehr gut.

Posizione ottima e casa accogliente

Ottima casa, comoda e arredata con gusto. La cucina è ben attrezzata e dispone di buoni comfort. Una bella nicchia per trascorrere un weekend in Franciacorta con amici.

I materassi del letto a castello sono un po' vecchi e scomodi. Sono troppo morbini e si sprofonda al centro,
