Очень интересный интерьер старого дома. Много старинных вещей, раритетной бытовой техники, книг, карт и плакатов. Интересная разноуровневая планировка. В основной спальне на андресолях дополнительное детское спальное место. Отлично оборудованная кухня, собственный палисадник и парковка через дорогу. Хороший интернет. Недалеко есть крупные магазины. Озеро и старая часть города в пешей доступности.
Дом находится рядом с транспортной развязкой, с утра и позднего вечера довольно шумно. Вторая спальня очень маленькая и оборудована низкой очень неудобной двухярусной детской кроватью
