Flexible hosts and clean Studio.

A convenient overnighter before dru ing to Verona but still in a scenic location. To get to Iseo or further, you need a car. The host's allowed us to check-in early which was perfect so we could maximise othe time of our short stay. Clean and comfortable and lots of breakfast provisions. Great parking on site. Grateful for the air-conditioning as we couldn't enjoy the windows being open.

Being on the ground floor, there is a table outside the room. People from the restaurant opposite come and smoke there which means we had to keep the windows closed. A sign saying 'No Smoking", or for Hostel guests of that room ONLY, would make it better. It is also quite a dark room.

Spacious and comfortable room, clean, quiet. very good value for money, good location, very nice restaurant inside the property, friendly owner.

I travel very often for work, I like quiet and comfortable places for rest, and this place meets all my requirements. Easy and safe car parking inside, restaurants are close and there is one in the property.

Easy to reach, large parking on premise. An excellent restaurant owned by the hotel is just across the street. Coffe machine in the room. Very nice owners.

Breakfast is just spreads and superstore-bought crussonts and juices which are placed in the room. It's not worth it, instead just go out to a cafe or pasticeria.

De merveilleuses vacances

Le professionnalisme du personnel et de leur gentillesse est un atout certain pour l'hôtel. Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé.

Le petit déjeuner est bien mais Il nous a manqué des fruits.

Sistemazione perfetta a due passi dal lago

Tutto il complesso in cui si trova l'alloggio è funzionale e di buon gusto. Moderno e super-pulito. L'appartamento era molto spazioso e tenuto alla perfezione. La colazione è sicuramente il meglio che si può chiedere per una colazione "pre-confezionata", molto assortita in qualità e quantità. Non è come una colazione "fresca" ma il plus di poterla fare in pigiama non è da sottovalutare. La gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori. Il parcheggio interno in cui abbiamo potuto lasciare l'auto anche per qualche ora in più sia prima del checkin che dopo il checkout. Il quartiere, molto suggestivo nelle vie che portano verso il lago. Wi-fi ottimo. La possibilità di pranzare/cenare all'ottima trattoria omonima nella stessa corte dell'appartamento con prezzi scontati.

Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, consiglio ai gestori di far trovare nel frigorifero del latte fresco e non a lunga conservazione. Ormai ci sono dei microfiltrati che durano settimane. Per il resto non saprei trovare un difetto

Bellissimo appartamentino.

La nostra abitazione era un bilocale. Molto bello, tranquillo e accogliente. Parcheggio auto gratis all’interno della struttura. A pochi passi dal lago. Purtroppo abbiamo potuto restarci solo una notte.

Top mit kleinen Schwächen

Großes Apartment mit eingebauter Küche, Herd, Kühlschrank vorhanden, wenn man länger bleiben mag. Saubere Übergabe und sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz im Innenhof fast direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück ist möglich und im Vergleich zu anderen sehr gut.

Ausschlafen ist dank Kirchturm und gelegentlichen morgendlichen Müllfahrzeugen im Hof nicht immer möglich, Ablagen im Bad für längeren Aufenthalt etwas unzureichend.

Un apartamento muy acogedor, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Nos sentimos como en casa. Bien ubicado para visitar la zona del lago de Iseo. Muy buen contacto con los dueños que nos dejaron muchas cositas para desayunar. 😊

Grande pièce Réfrigérateur Parking (mais attention à l'affluence du restaurant qui capte les places en soirée)

Le petit déjeuner : rien de frais (ni fruits, pain, viennoiseries...). Ce n'est ni un hôtel ni un B&B ! Le bruit le soir des clients entrant et sortant du restaurant (discussions, voitures, motos...).

Kleine, feine Unterkunft für kürzere Aufenthalte.

Schönes Zimmer mit kleinem Außenbereich, was für uns praktisch war, da unser Sohn im Zimmer schlafen konnte und wir noch draußen sitzen konnten. Gegenüber ist direkt ein Restaurant, was von den selben Inhabern geführt wird. Großer Parkplatz. Personal war sehr freundlich, Kommunikation auf Englisch per WhatsApp vorab und während dem Aufenthalt top. In ca 5min zu Fuß ist man am See. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Frühstück leider nur süß (Cornflakes, Zwieback, Croissants, Marmelade, Nutella, Butter, Fruchtjoghurt, Säfte) und ohne frische Brötchen oder Brot. Alles einzeln in Plastik verpackt. Dafür hat man es den ganzen Tag im Zimmer und ist zeitlich flexibel.
