Incredible Iseo

Superb apartment in a great location only a short walk from the train station with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Our host Ana was excellent and on hand whenever we needed her. The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable. It’s equipped with everything you could wish for. We had a wonderful time in Iseo, the highlight was the boat trip to Monte Isola and the walk/climb to the top, the views were magnificent. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect host and perfect apartment. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

A very reasonably priced apartment beside a lovely lake

Liked the 'Venetian style' furnishing, comfy bed, the location in the centre of Iseo, the washing machine with a 15 'programme,the balcony,the restaurant downstairs where we had 2 tasty meals, easy walks to the station and the ferry jetty.

The fact that the electric system does not allow for 2 appliances eg washing machine and kettle ,to run simultaneously is something to be aware of but it is not an inconvenience or a deal breaker. There can sometimes be a little evening noise from the restaurant but as we always use ear plugs abroad anyway because of church bells , dogs barking,etc this did not bother us , so take some with you.

A gem of a place

Central location in the centre of the town. The apartment is really beautiful and has a large terrasse with a comfortable sofa to take your morning coffee or chill out in the afternoon. Our hostess was extremely hospitable and helpful

The apartment is very nice, the room are big and comfortable. Location is great, near to city center and lake. Apartament is well equpied, all items that might be needed were provided.

The flat is well furbished, the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect to enjoy Iseo's lake.

The restaurant on the ground floor can be a bit noisy, but if you are noise sensitive like me, with earplugs it's fine !

Delightful holiday home.

The host Ana was so welcoming and friendly especially as we arrived later than expected. The location is excellent for the lakeside, centre, train station and supermarket shopping is 15-20 minutes walk. The bed is very comfortable and the terrace is lovely in the evening. The bell chimes from the nearby church are beautiful. We'll definitely stay there again on our return to Iseo.

The perfect place to stay in Iseo!

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Iseo, a stone’s throw from the lake. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, with some lovely pieces of furniture and art added as a bonus. The apartment is spacious and has a large terrace with a sofa. All very relaxing! Free parking is available in parts of Iseo and Ana, the owner, was more than happy to show us where we could park. The apartment was lovely, as was Ana’s welcome, which was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

an excellent base for our walking holiday in Iseo.

a pleasant welcome from Ana, the host. the property is well equipped with coffee and tea, oil, salt and pepper. it has a sitting room and kitchen downstairs and an upstairs bedroom and bathroom. it also has a balcony that catches the sun during the daytime. it was all very clean and homely. only 10 mins walk from the station and 2 minutes from the lake.

it was a little gloomy, except the bathroom which has a skylight.

Heating cannot be regulated and we struggled to dry washed clothes for children in December -January

Loved being there. Didn't want to leave.

We arrived very late due to late flight and difficulty getting the hire car. Really do apologise to the owner that waited for us to arrive so late. We were given all the information at such a late hour. Big thank you to the owner and a big sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Very clean Italian style apartment by the lake. Loved the outdoor patio area to sit and read. Owner is really nice and helpful. We will be coming back here again!

Perfect hostess and property close to the old part of Iseo.

The property offers a pleasant stay with a separate loft for sleeping and a spacious balcony with beautiful view of hills beyond the neighbourhood. The location is excellent with a short walk from the lake and loads of restaurants to choose from. Anna was very kind and offered everything to make our stay perfect. The property has character and is self containing. Bathroom is also very spacious. All in all a perfect place in Iseo.

The bathroom and toilet is in the loft which is perfect for guests using only the upstairs room. The sofa bed is very comfortable too downstairs but it means trips to the toilet in the night may be inconvenient.

Beautiful, sparkling clean, well and cosy furnished! We liked the little details like little lamps, candles, cushions... also kitchen well equipped.. Bed comfortable and with nice pillows. The highlight is the huge Terasse with sofa, table, chairs and herb pots. Underneath is a restaurant which did not disturb us. You hear some chatting, plates and glasses, from the kitchen, but it is not loud and it doesn’t go until late - for us it made the extra “Italian feel” . The owner is very nice and seems to take much pride in making her guests stay as enjoyable as possible. A big thank you Anna!!

The apartment was in a fantastic location right near the lake but within walking distance of shops, restaurants and amenities. Host went out of her way to help us and the property was spotless with everything you needed.

It would have been nice to have a Bottle of milk left so we could have had tea or coffee in the morning after we arrived.

Accueil +++ de la propriétaire qui nous a présenté le logement situé à quelques pas du lac . Appartement désuet , authentique et plein de charme . Il est équipé de tout le nécessaire en ustensiles en cuisine et d entretien . Vaste et agréable terrasse bien aménagée. La propriétaire nous a fourni un " pass " afin que nous puissions bénéficier de la gratuité du parking qui se trouve à 50 m du logement en face du lac 👌

De vriendelijkheid en openheid van de gastvrouw. Ze was geweldig. Behulpzaam en goede tips. Uitstekende locatie. Ook een super goed restaurant direct bij het appartement.

Misschien even vermelden dat je op moet letten bij appartement, dat de ingang bij een zone is alleen voor de inwoners.

Heerlijk appartement met veranda boven een gezellige Osteria

Vriendelijke eigenaresse (en dochter) met wie we goed contact hebben gehad en die ons goed hebben geholpen. Het appartement is in Italiaanse stijl ingericht, schoon en aan faciliteiten ontbreekt er niets. De meeste tijd hebben we doorgebracht op de gezellige veranda aan de achterzijde van het appartement.

Er bleek een kleine lekkage in het dak boven het bed waar we sliepen. Dit heeft ons de laatste nacht wakker gehouden.

De ligging

Geen airco, en de airco/fan die er was maakt heel veel herrie en koelt ook niet. Een nieuwe toren airco boven en beneden zou al beter zijn.

Einfache günstige Unterkunft in toller Lage an einem der schönsten Seen der Lombardei

Die Lage sehr zentral in der Altstadt, nahe der Strandpromenade, nahe des Bahnhofs. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist einfach, zweckmäßig und praktisch. Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin. Dass 2 Fahrräder vorhanden waren, welche zwar nicht gewartet werden, jedoch halbwegs fahrbereit waren! Der Gasherd und auch irgendwie die Einrichtung des Appartements, sehr schnörkelig und teilweise opulent.

Das Lärmen der Gäste von der genau unterhalb liegenden Osteria bis weit nach der Sperrstunde. Leider führt ebenso eine regelmässig befahrene Straße vorbei, durch die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses und die Schmalen. Gassen hörten wir den Lärm sehr gut. Schwierig war auch, dass die mannigfaltigen Spannleintücher ständig von der Doppelmatratze rutschten, einfach zu klein für ihre massive hohe weiche Matratze.....

Appartement très bien situé, à 10 min de la gare. Belle terrasse, joli coin salon, cuisine équipée. Chambre et salle de bains à l'étage. Nous avons pu récupérer les clés plus tôt que prévu, hôte sympathique et arrangeante. 2 vélos à dispo ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du lac.

Literie un peu vieille, matelas à ressort mais bons oreillers.
