Panoramic apartment with lake view in the historic center with independent entrance 200 meters from the lake developed on the first and second floor. The house is composed on the first floor of a living room and fully equipped open space kitchen, a triple bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, hallway, bathroom with bidet, shower and bathtub, balcony and exclusive equipped external courtyard and on the second floor a double bedroom (with extra bed) and two balconies (the second floor can be reached by an external stairway through the exclusive courtyard). Size of 110 m2 with 50 m2 of exclusive courtyard.

The exclusive outdoor courtyard of 50 m2 is equipped with a relax area with sitting area and deck chairs, a barbeque area with table and chairs and games for children

Free parking at 100 and 200 meters.
Predore is a small town with a great tourist offer and absolutely must-try experiences: along the bathing lake, beaches, cycle path, Roman villa with spa, restaurants, bars and playground 5-10 minutes walk from the house. Departure for trekking and trails at 300 meters.
