About this house rental
This detached house, for your exclusive use, is located in the historic center of Solto Collina, a village overlooking Lake Iseo at an altitude of 450 meters. It is situated within the ancient medieval hamlet and is accessible only on foot (cars can be parked in a free public lot 100 meters away). The kitchen/dining area opens onto a garden equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers, and a barbecue; the two bedrooms feature warm wood tones, and there is a bathroom with a bathtub. A separate annex houses a bathroom with a shower/laundry area and a room with a double sofa bed. The private, fenced garden welcomes you with seasonal colors and includes a wooden playhouse filled with toys for children. A fenced lawn behind the house offers plenty of space for your pets to run around. A Finnish hot tub made entirely of wood is also available for your use; in winter, you can enjoy the luxury of a hot outdoor soak, while in summer, you can cool off with a refreshing dip. It offers a truly relaxing wellness experience amidst the quiet of nature and views of the mountains. Free, unlimited Wi-Fi is provided. Pets are welcome (fee: €10 per pet per day, payable in cash upon arrival). Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linens are available upon request for €15 per person, payable in cash upon arrival. The tourist tax is €1 per night (capped at 7 nights) for guests aged 14 and older; payment is due in cash upon departure. Lake Iseo and Lake Endine are just 3 km away, offering opportunities for scenic walks or swimming. Tourist brochures are available for hiking and for enjoying all the sporting, cultural, and culinary activities the local villages have to offer. Now, relax on the deck chairs, fire up the barbecue, and enjoy your meal outdoors at the table under the shade of an umbrella; read a book on the porch swing, gaze at the lake while listening to the sounds of nature, and soak in the Finnish hot tub as you toast to your leisure time and the joy of good company.

We spent almost a week in the rental above Lake Iseo with our two teenage boys. Communication with the hosts was very easy snd efficient, they gave us very clear instructions on where you meet them on check in because you cannot drive your car immediately at the property, you rather park a 3 minute walk away. House was well stocked, super clean snd comfy. There are several shopping options including fantastic bakery in walking distance. Lake iseo with more food options about 5 minutes away. Check out was eay again, just make sure you have Google translate or similar app on your phone as hosts did not speak much English, however, with Google translate it was a breeze.

This was a magical little place to stay . After the hustle and bustle of Florence and Rome we needed this quiet and peaceful break. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything a family needs. We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed to do so. We loved the little shop near the house, the friendliest people ran it. We got wonderful lunch meat, bread, pasta, and candy (for the kids). Super convenient to have it just steps away. The coffee shop and pharmacy down the street were a great convenience as well.We loved walking the town, the views are lovely and the cardio you get makes it guilt free to eat the lovely pasta and bread for supper!!The hosts met us and hauled our luggage to the home since our very large car would not fit in the entry to the home. But free parking was easy to find and close by.The kids had the very best time playing in the garden and loved the play house. They found snails and butterflies and had the very best time. We all enjoyed the cool evenings and listening to the beautiful birds. Honestly I did not want to leave and looked around online to see how much a home would cost in this adorable village.We made a day trip to Venice for our little girl, it was a haul but totally doable. Verona is an easy drive as well. We explored the beautiful hills and had some lovely drives. The scenery is gorgeous and it seems like the view was painted.I could not recommend the house more. It will be a lovely break.

De hostess and her husband were superfriendly and helpful and sweet. The garden had hardly any shade, so it was extremely hot. But every other day the cold tub was cleaned, Silvia and Emanuele are the sweetest. Thank you!
