Almost perfect!

Its location, very central and luminous ., and an extra with lovely views . The best was super comfortable. Also meeting the hosts was a plus, and they were beautiful humble and ready to help with everything during our stay and after

The fact that lights were too strong in the living room, and I think a sofa might hace just made the apartment more homey and perfect!

Excellent facility and people - we would love to return

Fantastic location. Very helpful owners - they were friendly and attentive and provided great advice before our arrival.

Magical loft apartment.

The comfort and ambience of this place is exceptional. We loved being above the city rooves yet being in the heart of the city. Erika and Allisio were very flexible...especially when we arrived late and continuously helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was great and we appreciated the generous supply of coffee. In the evening it was a beautiful place to just sit back and watch the evening sky. Has a lift... Also thumbs up for Brescia....no surprise that an Italian friend told me to come here. So much to do...a city so proud of its heritage and beautifully kept archaeological sites. So few tourists and great food. Thanks to our hosts too for the excellent recommendations. Loved it.

Not a criticism, just a tip that in summer keep the excellent block out curtains closed when out of the house. The summer sun was pretty fierce coming through those windows.

Short but very impressive stay.

Excellent location in the City center of Brescia. Plenty of restaurants, bars and sightseeing spots within walking distance. Gorgeous friendly and gentle hosts. Parking available for a reasonable fee in the courtyard. I can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment.

Very quiet and big appartment. The kitchen is also well equippend and clean. The owners are very friendly and helped us finding a vegan restaurant.

Lovely, spacious appartment in a good location with excellent hosts.

Erika sent precise, accurate directions and was there waiting for us. She gave us much information about Brescia and spent a lot of time answering any questions we had and also texted us restaurant recommendations. Nothing seemed to be a trouble, even making restaurant reservations when we couldn't get through. She is a very thoughtful person who goes out of her way to assist. The appartment is very clean and well cared for. We found the bed very comfortable. The location is perfect - in a quiet street very close to the centre of the city and a Metro station and bus stops with easy access to other locations in Brescia. There are many cafes close if you don't want to make your own breakfast and good restaurants nearby. L'Altana is highly recommended. Brescia is a lovely city with lots to see and do. Grazie mille Erika e Alessio. Torneremo presto.

A little noisy (road repair, people walking by) due to location but that was a trade-off as we were walking distance to everything. Parking is a bit of an issue in the center of old Brescia.

Beautiful Brescia stay

lovely family run apartments welcome pack of coffee pods/ beers/ water and snacks the owners were very helpful & welcoming giving us advice regarding good local restaurants In a great location in the centre of brescia . easy to walk to everywhere but still quiet. Comfortable beds and nicely furnished lovely communal sun terrace

nothing we didn't like but some suggestions : 1.the wall fixed old hairdryer in the bathroom was difficult to use with only one setting.I suggest a new hairdryer to be used in the bedroom( as many people don't bring a hairdryer when only bringing hand luggage for short breaks) 2.Also the wire under sink unit was a bit past it's best and kept falling over and wasnt useful for storage.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly with a clear interest in ensuring that my partner and I had a good time in the city by providing thoughtful food and activity suggestions. They were always a quick text away if we needed anything and responded promptly when we asked if we could leave our bags there past the check out time. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning and a joy to be in - especially with AC units to keep us cool - and the location was right in the city center. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever travel to Brescia.

Everything! Erika was so friendly and helpful, even when I had to change the dates of my stay at the last minute. The apartment itself is wonderful: the view is amazing, the kitchen really well equipped, everything is very clean, strong WiFi, and the location couldn't be better. Really nice stay in Brescia - perfect for a few days visit

The apartament was absolutely great. Really nice, well decorated, clean and well located. You can walk everywhere and the house is close to the train station. The hosts were really nice and gave us suggestions which were absolutely perfect. I think that everybody who visits Brescia would love their apartments.

Everything about this property was on point. We had 2 rooms and both were very nice and clean. The location was fantastic. Walking around town, it’s beautiful churches, squares and shops was so nice. The owner were so friendly and helpful, very nice people. I will never forget this experience.

The host was wonderful and though he doesn't speak English he brought a friend to translate. Very good interaction with him. The bed was very comfortable.

The pictures with views on the website for this rental are not from this apartment which looks at walls only. I feel that they are a misrepresentation of what I booked. The A/C made a loud noise during the night that we couldn't change so had to unplug it.

Perfect base for the city

Our apartment was perfect with all the facilities in good order and the bonus of some basic groceries like tea, coffee etc.to help us settle in. The location is an easy walk from the station and no more than a couple of minutes from the historic centre of Piazza Loggia, the cathedral etc. Our hosts Erika and Alessio were delightful and helpful making our stay one that we wish to repeat again in the near future.

Wonderful, kind, friendly hosts, who reply very rapidly to messages before and after arrival. Fantastic location - very central, but in a quiet side street. Very comfortable apartment. Good kitchen facilities. Good heating - important for a north Italian winter! And good value too. Highly recommended, especially for business travellers. Bellissimo!

Wunderbares Apartment in einer wunderbaren Stadt.

Das Apartment war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl. In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt, die Betten waren gut, die Lage der Unterkunft tiptop! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den sehr freundlichen Kontakt zur Eigentümerin. Sie hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir uns wohl fühlen und etwas brauchen - sie war sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Angabe zum Parkplatz war aus unserer Sicht missverständlich formuliert bzw. haben wir es falsch verstanden. Wir nahmen an, dass es in jedem Fall einen Parkplatz geben würde - was jedoch nicht der Fall ist, da zu wenige Parkplätze für die Anzahl der Apartments zur Verfügung stehen. Wir konnten dann aber in der Nähe parken, was dann trotzdem gut funktioniert hat.
