Incredible location, reception by Patrizia (extremely competent all round manager). We received a very nice upgrade. Glass of sparkly (from the vineyard) and snacks upon arrival. In one word: incredible. The chef will probably be whisked away soon. What quality and diversity Fantastic

beautiful place with nice host. very good restaurant service and wines. The chef prepared a cake for my son's birthday which of course was well appreciated.
the not well equipped for kitchen usage. not enought fork , cups ... the boiler was by mistake switch off by myself . The swicht was not indicated to be for the boiler but was just in between light switches. so very confusing. Another negative point is the noise due to the traffic in the night. The windows are not isolated.

Our apartment was beautifully decorated as was the the entire farmhouse. The garden and surrounding vineyards were delightful. A very beautiful place and most enjoyable stay.

Teleurstellend en verlaten
Het is een mooi gebouw, maar het ligt pal aan een drukke weg. Dus je hoort al het verkeer erlangs knallen. Onze eerste nacht was dus 3x niks. Gelukkig mochten we na deze nacht verplaatsen naar een andere kamer, die niet meer direct aan de weg lag. Dus ook iets beter geslapen.
We waren eigenlijk heel erg teleurgesteld tijdens ons verblijf. Het begon er al mee dat we van de gastvrouw ergens langs de weg moesten parkeren, terwijl er op het erf voldoende plek leek om te parkeren. De kamer was vrij groezelig. Alles zag er een stuk beter uit op de foto’s dan in het echt. Er was niemand, de mevrouw die ons heeft ingecheckt is namelijk met de noorderzon verdwenen hierna, en er waren geen andere gasten. Tamelijk ongezellige sfeer, wat je niet verwacht van een country house, én al die positieve reviews. Zoals gezegd, ligt het naast een erg drukke weg. Het ruikt erg muf en alles is oud, de kraan van de keuken hangt er half uit. De ‘keuken’ en koelkast waren gewoon niet schoon. Douchen is ook niet comfortabel. We hadden geen idee wat te doen in de omgeving, want er was niemand om dit te vragen (en ja, natuurlijk kun je alles googlen, maar leuker om het van de locals te horen toch?). Dus dan maar googlen, maar de wifi op de kamer doet het niet! We dachten een wijnproeverij of picknick te kunnen doen, zoals op de foto’s en te zien en te lezen in de reviews, maar helaas, geen schijn van kans. Ik raad deze plek absoluut niet aan.
