It is a great location, close to town Iseo, and most importantly with the access to a beautiful lake

The location is excellent with the direct access to the lake Iseo which is quite rare. Italy is a great country with great friendly people. The lake water is clean and warm, so we swam many times a day. There is a grassy yard in front of the lake which is great. The view from the balcony is magnificent. Kitchen is equipped with the all the appliances one might need including expresso coffee machine. The host - Mary is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The location is within 1 hour drive from Milano, Verona, Bergamo, Brescia, which are all very interesting historical towns. There is an European RV camp ( very small RVs) next to the villa with a great friendly restaurant when we ate frequently. All considered, it was great. Our kids and grandkids loved it.

There is a train line located within 3 feet from the building's wall, which is the kitchen wall. You can see from the open kitchen window the train coming an going at you and from you. The trains run every 20 minutes or so with the night break from 0:00 am to 5:30 am or so. Surprisingly, that was not as bad as we first thought it would be. With all windows closed, the noise is reasonably low so the sleep was OK. Another things that was not convenient is that in one of the bedrooms it was not any dresser furniture, so all personal things and cloth were in the open on the floor, on the shelf etc.

Great view, and location, easy to park. Fantastic to have an inflatable boat at disposal.

Hot water was a bit tricky. Only one towel per person was provided (no hand or floor towels) and limited kitchen equipment.

Nice place but overpriced

Keys were left in the mailbox. Host notified me via message. Easy pickup and check-in.

The train tracks are right outside the property, which wasn't a problem during the night, but didn't see that written anywhere before booking. The apartment had spiderwebs everywhere and clearly hadn't been lived in for a while. Very outdated furnishings and was way too expensive for what the property was. The terrace and balcony were very nice though, if the trains don't bother you.

The room was not prepared even several hours after check in, but the owner offered us dinner as an apology, which was nice.. air conditioning in one room only.. The cleaning lady kicked us out 2 hours before check out .. gate to water kicked many unfortunate “coincidences”

The trains are a problem trembling the house from 5.15am onwards right next to bedrooms. Little things missing like tea towels in kitchen and hand towels in bathrooms. A toaster and microwave needed. House needs some TLC inside.

A relaxing place to enjoy Lake Iseo & surrounds

The terrace was excellent & it was great having direct access to the lake to swim/kayak etc. The host, Mary, was fantastic & very quick to respond to questions/queries. It is a 20minute walk into town but Camping Covolo next door has a minimarket & great cafe/bar plus bike & kayak rental.

The air conditioning was only in 1 of the bedrooms, not the whole apartment. it is right on the train line so you hear & see trains but it didn't bother us at all.

The best lake view

Everything, the view from the apartment and the garden are perfect, the house is really next to the railway, BUT it doesn't really disturb, as you have a perfect lake view and the beach. We will definitely come back!

Value for money with an amazing view and a copy stay!

Everything was so well planned out for our arrival. The owners of the property sent us a message a few days prior to our arrival with clear instructions and photos of where we would find the keys, where we could park etc. It was extremely easy to checkin. The house itself is very big and very nicely furnished. It has everything that one might need in terms of utensils to general household items. The location is very good as it is right next to Iseo town and is 2 mins by car. The best thing about the apartment is the view - the view is stunning as it overlooks the lake and the mountains. It was totally worth it.

Very spacious, clean and perfect equipped appartment. You have lake access. Mary is a very friendly host. If you don't mind the train than it is a perfect location for a longer stay.

The apprtment is located 5 m away from the railway thus it is very noisy when train traffic starts. However train is running only every 30 minutes and stops during the night. Parking situation is always a lucky game, there is no reserved parking

Simply perfect

Everything was simply perfect! :) The communication before was uncomplicated, and when we arrived Mary was already there. She is a super nice host, very warm and friendly, her husband as well. She even brought us some selfmade Tiramisu over our stay :) The apartment was nice, the view over the lake just stunning. Just perfect.

Traumwoche am Iseosee

Das Haus am See ist einfach wunderbar! Wir hatten das Three room apartment mit einter großen überdachten Terrasse, die mit sehr bequemen Loungemöbeln ausgestattet war - einfach genial. Küche, Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten buchstäblich ein Traum. Wir kommen sicher wieder, denn der direkte Seezugang ist nicht zu toppen.

La vista è un tela colorata che cambia continuamente e ti dà una sensazione di serenità e pace. Der var meget basal køkkenservice, savnede mere bestik, tallerkener, skåle og fade, men man kan godt lave mad. Der er ikke en dør til stuen hvor de sidste to sovepladser var, så ikke så meget privatliv for dem der overnattede der.

Toppklass lägenhet på bästa läge vid sjön med egen trädgård och väldigt trevliga värdar.

Väldigt fin lägenhet med balkong och utsikt över sjön. AC i varje rum och alla moderniteter som man önskar. Utmärkt bemötande från Mary och Mauri - ordnade med skjuts från Bergamo flygplats och till tågstationen och svarade snabbt upp på frågor. Tillgång till privat trädgård med badplats vilket var fantastiskt. Om man inte har bil är det en bra idé att hyra cyklar - det finns mycket att utforska och det är relativt lätt att ta sig fram på cykel. Boendet ligger en bit ifrån affärer och Iseo så om man inte har eget färdmedel blir det långa promenader.

Inget. Vi trivdes utmärkt! Tåget som passerar brukar nämnas i recensionerna men vi tyckte inte att det störde alls.
