We had an amazing stay at the property! The house is modern, stylish, and incredibly well-equipped, making it the perfect home away from home for a family getaway. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking family meals, and the living areas were spacious and comfortable—ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Location-wise, it couldn't be better. The property is nestled in a quiet area, yet close to everything—shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It made getting around so easy, and we were able to explore the area with no hassle.

It was in the 3ed floor and no elevator. There was no washing machine. One of the rooms there was no AC.

A very nice apartment with a wonderful view for two families.

The apartment is amazing! A wonderful view from the balcony. Very spacious, nice new interior. Perfect for two families. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was always in contact and helped with every question in a friendly and timely manner. We were welcomed by delicious fresh pastries🥐 & chilled prosecco🥂 It was a very pleasant family reunion, and we’ll keep warm memories about this place!

Very nice

very nice and well equipped apartment. a nice surprise in the fridge as a welcome - thank you :) very comfortable beds. We traveled as two families, 4 adults and two children. The apartment can be seen after renovation, everything is new. However, the biggest surprise was the view from the windows and terrace. an unforgettable experience. The photos do not do it justice, so it is worth going and seeing for yourself :). right next to the apartment there is a local cafe with delicious coffee and grappa :) about 10 minutes walk from the apartment into the town there is a very well-equipped market. Sale Marasino is a very pleasant and quiet place. An ideal place for trips around Iseo Lake. I highly recommend it :)

the only minus we encountered was the lack of towel racks or a foldable dryer so they could dry. a washing machine would also be useful, but I guess the owner will install it soon :)

Good space, with some more attention from owner can become a great spot

Easy parking. Great views. A terrace. Two toilets. Great air conditioning situation (for summer or for winter). Plenty of space in general. Quiet spot, so you can sleep with your windows open.

(1) The situation with trash needs a better approach. The guests should have access to different bins, and a schedule of when to place these bins outside. When we stayed, this wasn't the case, we had to sort this with numerous calls/discussions. (2) The kitchen lacks any storage for e.g. pasta, oil, paper towels – there should have been a cupboard on the wall, but there isn't. So if you plan to cook anything... you have the stove, and the fridge, and the dishwasher, but the cooking space is overcrowded and it's a mess.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per un weekend, ma l’esperienza non è stata positiva. Al momento della prenotazione su Booking non era chiaro che ci sarebbe stato un costo extra di 100 € per le pulizie, che trovo eccessivo, soprattutto considerando che la casa non era particolarmente pulita (come si può vedere anche in foto). La doccia era scomoda: non c’era alcun appoggio utile per sapone o shampoo e la copertura dello scarico era staccata. Mancavano anche alcuni accessori utili, come i panni per asciugare i piatti. La cosa peggiore però è stata l’accoglienza: siamo arrivati alle 23:00 e subito la signora dell’appartamento sotto è venuta a lamentarsi, bussando più volte al soffitto. Inoltre, lungo le scale erano appesi cartelli pieni di divieti che certamente non trasmettono un clima ospitale. La casa inoltre è rumorosa: si sentiva qualsiasi rumore provenire da fuori. L’unico aspetto positivo è che l’appartamento è arredato con gusto e si trova in una posizione comoda, vicino al lago. Per il resto, purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata deludente sotto ogni punto di vista. Non solo non torneremmo, ma sconsigliamo vivamente questa struttura.

Appartement super équipé, très bien fini, idéalement situé, spacieux et lumineux.

Je n'avais jamais vu un logement aussi bien équipé ! L'appartement a des finitions modernes et de qualité, il est très bien situé, spacieux, lumineux, d'une propreté irréprochables, et jouit d'une vue inoubliable pratiquement toutes les fenêtres. Nous avons aussi apprécié toutes les gentilles attentions, comme par exemple les capsules pour la machine à café, ou la bouteille d'eau gazeuse qui nous attendait dans le frigo.

J'ai beau chercher... ne changez rien !

Fantastisk beliggenhet med nydelig utsikt over Iseosjøen

Veldig hyggelig å bli møtt med en personlig hilsen, bakevarer og en kald rosevin da vi kom. Beliggenheten er helt fantastisk, rolig og trygt område og kort vei til supermarked og sjøen. Og det var en nydelig utsikt over Iseosjøen fra terrassen. Leiligheten svarte absolutt til forventningene, gode senger og godt utstyrt. Og herlig med friske urter på terrassen. Vil også anbefale restauranten Cantina del Torchio som er i gangavstand fra leiligheten, nydelig mat og herlig stemning.

Parkeringsplassen er ikke merket godt nok.
