Great apartment near the center

The apartment looks even better in person than it does in photos. It's such an elegant and well appointed space. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has all the basics. The location is excellent, on a quiet street that's in walking distance to the center. We wished we could move in!

Awesome host in Brescia

We are a family of five and were renting Piano Nobile while on holidays. The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Elena is a very sympathetic host, who was greeting us in person and gave us valuable tips.

Space, hospitality, comfort and style.

The apartment is spacious and beautifully, modernly furnished, with attention to every detail. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped (dishes, pots, etc.). It has a beautiful big table. There are also many extras that make your stay more pleasant (e.g. salt, spices). The bathroom is beautiful and has a large, comfortable shower cabin. The rooms are very spacious, have wardrobes (smelling of lavender🙂), space for luggage, etc. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful area, close to the park. It is also close to cafes, shops and the city center (about 15 min. walk). Elena is a wonderful owner. She allowed us to check in late, personally greeted us and gave us all the information, for which we are very grateful. She is also constantly available if needed. A nice addition to the welcome was cold water, a pack of Italian pasta and a delicious sauce. I recommend the apartment, you will feel like a real guest there. Brescia and the surrounding area are a beautiful place to visit.

Apartament znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko starego miasta, kawiarni, barów i restauracji. Jest to bardzo wygodny, nowy i nowocześnie urządzony apartament, w którym jest wszystko co potrzebne do wygodnego spędzenia czasu. Elena, właścicielka, wprowadziła nas do swojegi apartamentu traktując jak wyjatkowych gości i przez cały pobyt tak też się czuliśmy. Apartament jest godny polecenia, nie wspominając o Pani Elenie.

Wszystko było na wysokim poziomie.

Es un lugar acorde al precio, esta todo nuevo e impecable. Elena, quien nos recibió una genia, hasta nos dejo botellas con agua natural y con gas en la heladera, un paquete de pasta y salsa. Un detalle que prácticamente no tiene costo y si un gran valor.

Fuimos en agosto, mucho calor y tenia solo un equipo de Aire acondicionado en el ambiente principal, casi no llegaba a los cuartos. La ducha tiene algun problema, porque la temperatura sube y baja sin tocar la canilla. Y en mi caso que fui con tres chicos nos hubiera venido bien un lavarropas sabíamos que no habia, no es reclamo, solo que hubiera venido bien. PESE A ESTO NO ME ARREPIENTO EN LO MAS MINIMO HABER ELEGIDO ESTE DEPARTAMENTO. VOLVERIA!!

Appartamento fantastico, super nuovo e comodissimo. La host super gentile ci ha accolti di persona ed è stata flessibile con il check out. La casa è vicino al centro e in un quartiere molto verde con tanti servizi.

Super værtinde alt var bare så fint

Rent og pænt en virkelig god oplevelse, lejligheden ligger i gåafstand til byen. Gratis parkering lige uden for døren som værtinden havde reserveret, lejligheden ligger i stueetagen. Alt i alt en super oplevelse😀👍

Ambiente nuovo, appena ristrutturato con ottime rifiniture. Pulito e ben curato.

Giusto l’assenza di qualche “dettaglio” da aggiungere eventualmente per rendere l’appartamento eccezionale: - forno a microonde; - pattumiera per la raccolta dell’umido; - un dispenser nella doccia con shampoo e docciaschiuma, ormai in dotazione in molti app

Bellissima e pulitissima struttura

Struttura nuovissima, ci è sembrato addirittura di essere i primi. Bell’arredamento, tutto nuovo, in ordine e pulito. Anche se abbiamo solo dormito una notte, abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di un pacco di pasta e una bottiglia di passata di pomodoro. Davvero tutto perfetto. Zona tranquillissima con bar e pasticcerie nei paraggi. Elena e Corrado molto gentili. Non centralissimo, nel senso non nel centro storico, Ma a noi serviva proprio lì.

Es un apartamento totalmente nuevo muy cómodo la cocina muy amplia com todo lo necesario en una zona muy cercana a todo la anfitriona muy amable Elena siempre dispuesta a resolver todas tus dudas la verdad me encanto y espero que cuando vuelva esté disponible porq será mi lugar favorito en Brescia
