Liked it too much

It was a very very good house, so clean, closed to station and with a safe parking area just in front of the building. I liked it because I do care a lot cleaning of the hotel/home that I will stay and it was really very well cleaned. It was also so warm, the heating system was working pretty good. The flat receive good sun light. The bed was comfortable. Elevator was working.

Just can tell that the coffee was not enough because I tried to find/buy the same coffee, but none of the markets around the House was selling the correct coffee capsules and I just had difficulty of coffee supply. The big supermarket was closed I think doesn’t work any more.

Fascinating and historical location

Close to station and manageable walk into centre with option of underground train close at hand when needed. Great view across the old town and castle and surrounding hills. Great introduction to Brescia and everything it has to offer.

cosy place to stay

loved the guide the host prepared for us with recommended food places, things to see. as well as loved the modern look of the place, the tv had Netflix and YouTube which was amazing! and the place is like a 2 minute walk to the train station

although very nice place, there were a few cons such as it was very confusing to figure out how the main door would lock. the bathroom doors lock didn't work at all, and there was slight buffering issue with the tv.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful spacious modern apartment with sensational views. Highly recommend.

The elevated view of the entire old city from the living area and the bedroom is stunning! There's also a balcony to sit and enjoy the view. See photos for actual view.

Like many Italian rentals, bench space for toiletries in the bathroom is inadequate. Some hooks on back of doors, etc, would also be handy.

No air conditioning in one of the bedrooms(just a fan) which wasn’t good. Only one lift and it took a long time to come and it’s a small lift so we had to wait even longer if other people were already in it

Comfortable roomy apartment close to transport.

Roomy apartment close to bus and train stations, but not too far from the historical centre. Shutters and curtains give good control of the light.

It would have been easier if the instructions to collect the keys had mentioned that they were in a room opening off the stair well that is accessible from the unmarked door next to the lift. If that door is closed it's not obvious that it leads to a stair well.

Absolutely perfect

Beautiful apartment very close to the train station and bus station but also within ten minutes’ walk to the city centre. Perfect location if you are traveling by car too, because they provide parking. The host was very helpful and ready to assist. We appreciated the early check-in, thank you again. Also, the host has made the effort to provide plenty of useful info and recommendations for places to eat at, to have a drink at,, to see etc. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Very pleasant stay in Brescia, wonderful and cosy city.

The location was excellent for reaching the train station, the area around the bus station was safety and there wasn't noise from outside. There was everything for a breakfast or a dinner.

Amazing town

The property was very close to the train station. It had everything a traveler could need in the kitchen and washing machine. We were able to check in earlier than expected So close to the old town and restaurants.

The streets below the property were a little off putting with lots of men standing around. In saying that they never engaged with us. I was pleased to have a male with me.

Cosas a mejorar

La ubicación está bien. La zona no es la más linda, pero a pocos minutos caminando estás cerca del centro de Brescia.

La atención del anfitrión muy mala. Lo llamé y consulté para ver si podíamos hacer el check in antes o utilizar el parking antes de las 15 hs y no me contestó nunca el teléfono (podría contestar solo diciendo que no era posible). Luego el primer día nos encontramos con que la grifería del baño estaba rota y al enviarle una foto tampoco me contestó. La verdad que la atención fue nula, por suerte no tuvimos ninguna urgencia. El departamento no estaba muy limpio tampoco. Era muy cómodo, calefacción bien y artículos de cocina también, pero no estaba muy limpio. La cama cómoda pero las almohadas muy malas. Si cambian esos pequeños detalles sería un apartamento buenísimo.

Qualche giorno a Brescia.

Appartamento moderno, quasi nuovo. Molto comodo il parcheggio! Silenzioso la notte.

Lavastoviglie non funzionante. Povero di dettagli. Capsule del caffè Dolcegusto, ma macchina Nespresso. Caffettiera non adatta alla piastra ad induzione. La zona è abbastanza equivoca con strani movimenti di auto la notte, come vicino a tutte le stazioni ferroviarie. Non credo sia consigliabile uscire a piedi alla sera!

Praticamente perfetto, unica cosa che non son riuscito ad usare è stato il televisore, perchè io, come altri miei coetanei, spesso seguiamo i canali generalisti, che non erano accessibili in modalità video, ma solo in audio, ed io che mi volevo godere un vecchio film su raimovie, non sono stato capace di accedere alla modalità video, per cui, in caso di soggiorno di un anziano cinefilo, suggerire di settare meglio quel bel televisore per far godere delle belle immagini scenografiche panoramiche che è così bello vedere, prima di andare a dormire, comunque tutto il resto tutto a postissimo!!! Au revoir!!!

Excellent séjour à Brescia

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Brescia. L'appartement au 7e étage est fonctionnel, joliment décoré, balcon agréable et belle vue. L'hôte a été très disponible et réactif. Check-in anticipé et paiement de la taxe de séjour via un lien, réception de conseils et d'informations en amont pour faciliter le séjour. Juste en face : gare ferroviaire, gare routière et parking souterrain avec badge d'accès si vous êtes en voiture, très pratique. Le quartier est calme, le centre-ville de Brescia est tout proche à pied et de nombreuses villes sont à moins d'une heure. Nous avons pu découvrir Bergame, Crémone, Crema, Vérone, Lac d'Iseo, Lac de Garde. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Encore merci Daphni !

Appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, silenzioso nonostante si trovi in una strada trafficata.Comodissimo per noi che siamo arrivati in treno e vicino al centro raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.
