L'emplacement face a la gare, le balcon avec la vue au 7ième étage, l'ascenseur fonctionnel et les instructions touristiques accessibles et facilité d'accès au logement.

Très grand appartement très lumineux et très bien placé. Proche de la gare et du centre historique.
Stricte minimum au niveau de la vaisselle et des ustensiles.

La ubicación está bien. La zona no es la más linda, pero a pocos minutos caminando estás cerca del centro de Brescia.
La atención del anfitrión muy mala. Lo llamé y consulté para ver si podíamos hacer el check in antes o utilizar el parking antes de las 15 hs y no me contestó nunca el teléfono (podría contestar solo diciendo que no era posible). Luego el primer día nos encontramos con que la grifería del baño estaba rota y al enviarle una foto tampoco me contestó. La verdad que la atención fue nula, por suerte no tuvimos ninguna urgencia.
El departamento no estaba muy limpio tampoco. Era muy cómodo, calefacción bien y artículos de cocina también, pero no estaba muy limpio. La cama cómoda pero las almohadas muy malas.
Si cambian esos pequeños detalles sería un apartamento buenísimo.

It was a very very good house, so clean, closed to station and with a safe parking area just in front of the building. I liked it because I do care a lot cleaning of the hotel/home that I will stay and it was really very well cleaned. It was also so warm, the heating system was working pretty good. The flat receive good sun light. The bed was comfortable. Elevator was working.
Just can tell that the coffee was not enough because I tried to find/buy the same coffee, but none of the markets around the House was selling the correct coffee capsules and I just had difficulty of coffee supply. The big supermarket was closed I think doesn’t work any more.
