The property was nice.

I never did find the hair dryer which I was a bit disappointed about as it was in the list of things that should have been there.(otherwise I would have brought my own)

Close to airport, parking available, good price.

Location is in path of the landing planes therefore loud so keep window closed, 4th floor no lift.

Could be a bit noisy from other residents but I always wear ear plugs wherever I stay so that might be recommended but at this price for good accommodation you can’t complain

Not clear that its shared its more like a hostel the check in process was confusing as he didnt even speak english or german and made us wait 20 minutes. To add to that we were rudely awoken at 3AM from the owner banging on the room door to say we have been put in the wrong room even tho we were shown to this room didn’t even receive an apology No idea why she thought it was ok to do that especially at 3AM while asleep. horrible stay wouldn’t recommend.

- parking to be paid, CHF 20.00 per night. Should be free or at lower price - shared bathroom, our fault, we did not realize it when the room was booked - other guests whom you get in touch while using the bathroom - no German speaking staff, how come??

The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.

We were assigned to the attic. Bathroom was one floor down a steep staircase. No A/C, no curtains, no screens on the windows. Not a Luxury Homestay.

The location was quiet, except for airplane noises. It was bigger than we expected. It was a little like a hostel because of the shared spaces and we had very nice neighbors.

It was very warm. We were there during a heat advisory. There is no air conditioning. A few fans would have been nice. There is a shared kitchen area, which is nice. But it needed some cleaning, especially the garbage and the refrigerator. Because of the heat, the garbage smell was a problem. There were no places to find food nearby.

The staff at the reception were very loud until 1 AM. The reception area has no door and is communicating directly with the stairs going up to my room on the first floor, so everything was amplified. I went downstairs just before midnight asking them to be quieter but that worked for about 5 minutes. The whole place was noisy in general, with doors banging throughout the whole night. Check in was also quite awkward, I had to walk under the rain for a few minutes from the address in the booking to the building where I was actually staying.

The cleanest is quite clean & modern room with good enough facilities big enough open spaces nice bath & shower Well equipped kitchen with friendly member of staffs

No signage, difficult to find, no bus info to get to the location,floors and bathroom are not clean and only 1 bathroom for all the guests, no hairdryer, no shampoo, kitchen is not clean, is advised with shuttle service on booking.com which is false! No quiet time during the night very noisy owner. We paid sfr.90 for a terrible experience and service. I recommend to not book this place and I hope booking. com remove this business from his website.

The receptionist was very helpful and responsive to our issues. She made it possible for us to stay the night.

Description on booking does not mention shared bathrooms. Loud airplane noise. Beds did not have warm blankets.

The property was very clean which is always my biggest concern. The bathroom was clean and my bedroom. Not much noise.

Only thing is you have to ring the doorbell every time you come in someone answered promptly but it just threw me off

I paid for a luxury room but the room I had was a very small room. It was not like in the pictures. There were no towels in the room.

Great value ! Nice guesthouse, shared living quarters, private room with large bed. Very modern accommodations and very clean. Spacious apartment, recent renovation with quality materials, 2 full bathrooms shared for 3 rooms, living room with fireplace and sofa, equipped full kitchen, water fountain, tea kettle and coffee machine, some home fitness equipment (treadmill and weight training). Friendly staff, even when we arrived at midnight - he helped carry our heavy luggage up the stairs to our room. We appreciated having a cup of tea upon arrival after a long day's traveling and before leaving in the morning. And being able to refill our water bottles at the water fountain. Distance to bus stations 300m/700m (several bus lines) so easy walking distance to public transportation to/from airport.

No elevator, so a bit tricky if you've got heavy luggage like we did (but staff helped 😉) Airport shuttle can be booked in advance for 40 CHF (expensive for 1km distance). Arriving at 23h (11pm) at ZRH airport, we tried taking a taxi to the guesthouse, but after asking 3 different drivers who all refused to take us (too short a distance), we ended up taking the bus.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres : une au 1er étage, occupée par moi-même et notre fille, et une au 2e étage, occupée par mon mari et notre fils. La chambre située au 2e étage présentait des problèmes majeurs. La porte de la chambre ne fermait pas à clé, ce qui est particulièrement gênant dans un appartement partagé avec d’autres occupants que nous ne connaissions pas. La salle de bain commune était en outre encombrée d’affaires appartenant à d’autres personnes (sèche-cheveux, effets personnels). Durant la nuit, une personne est entrée dans la chambre occupée par mon mari et notre fils. Mon mari s’est réveillé et la personne est repartie précipitamment. La nuit a également été marquée par beaucoup de bruit dans l’immeuble. Au réveil, mon mari et notre fils ont entendu des voix d’hommes devant la porte. En sortant de la chambre, ils ont constaté qu’il s’agissait de policiers intervenant auprès des occupants de la chambre d’en face. Le matin, nous avons tenté d’expliquer la situation à la réception. La personne présente ne parlait que l’espagnol. Malgré le fait que mon mari parle français, allemand et anglais, nous avons dû utiliser Google Traduction pour nous faire comprendre. La seule réponse apportée a été qu’aucun remboursement n’était possible, la réceptionniste précisant ne pas être propriétaire de l’établissement.

Es sind Zimmer in geteilten Wohnungen. Das stand so nicht im Beschrieb. Ich wurde sehr respektlos entgegengenommen. Das Bad war voller rasierter Haare von Mitbewohnenden. Ein Mensch hat stundenlang sehr laut telefoniert und das ganze Wohnzimmer und die Küche für sich im Anspruch genommen. Der Dampfabzug lief stundenlang und das dreckige Geschirr lag gehäuft im Spülbecken. Klar können für viele Punkte die Gastgeber*innen nicht viel machen. Jedoch müssten sie einschreiten. Und regelmässiger putzen.

Also, wir sind in Zürich angekommen und hatten kein Internet, da die Schweiz nicht zur Europäischen Union gehört. Wir haben uns verlaufen, weil das GPS nichts mehr angezeigt hat. Wir sind eine Weile mit dem Auto herumgefahren, bis wir eine Person gefunden haben, die uns Internet gegeben hat, damit wir zum Hotel kommen konnten. Danach blieb aber das Problem, dass ich niemanden anrufen konnte. Dann haben wir eine andere Person gefunden, die uns netterweise Internet gegeben hat, damit wir anrufen konnten – es war schon Mitternacht. Sie haben geantwortet und gesagt, dass sie mir den Schlüssel nicht geben können, weil es außerhalb der Check-in-Zeit ist, und dass wir am nächsten Tag kommen sollen. Ich habe geantwortet, dass ich dann im Auto schlafen müsste, und er sagte ja. Ich sagte ihm bitte, ich möchte nicht im Auto schlafen, weil es so kalt war und ich Halsschmerzen und Husten hatte. Dann sagte er: „Okay, komm zu dieser Adresse, ich gebe euch den Schlüssel, aber ihr müsst 30 Franken extra bezahlen.“ Als wir dort ankamen, sagten sie uns, wir sollen dort schlafen. Gleich beim Betreten roch es stark nach Essen, weil es eine Küche gab, und ich kann starke Gerüche überhaupt nicht ertragen – mir wird davon übel. Dann zeigte er uns das Zimmer, und sie wussten nicht einmal, dass wir zu zweit waren oder wie viele Tage wir bleiben würden – zum Glück nur zwei Nächte. Im Zimmer gab es nur ein Kissen und ein Handtuch, und die Bettdecke hatte seltsame Flecken. Zum „Schlafen“ (was ich kaum konnte, weil man sich einfach ekelt, wenn ein Ort nicht sauber ist) habe ich eine Jacke angezogen. Und das Bad? Oh schlimm, das Bad sah aus wie eine öffentliche Toilette und stank. Es war ekelhaft, sich hinzusetzen – unmöglich. Als ich später in der App nachschaute, stand dort „Deluxe-Zimmer“, aber das, in dem ich geschlafen habe, war ganz sicher kein Deluxe. Mir hat überhaupt nichts gefallen – außer der wunderschöne Katze.

U ovom slucaju u stanu zive jos neki ljudi sa kojima delite zajednicki prostor i kupatilo a vrlo su neuredni, kuhinja je bila puna prljavog posudja koje su koristili i sve prljavo ostavili u sudoperi i na kuhinjskim policama. U stanu je smrdelo na neke intenzivne zacine i ceo ugodjaj je bio los. U stan ulaze i stanari iz drugog apartmana i uzimaju posudje iz kuhinje. U spavacoj sobi nemate ofingere ni police gde se mogu ostaviti licne stvari.
