    After a long trip from Singapore, the close proximity to the airport was very welcome. Staff at check in provided excellent service and allowed us to check in early which we were so grateful for. Buffet breakfast was decent but quite expensive. Unfortunately for the price of the hotel, the cleanliness wasn’t of high standard. I’m not sure if it was due to early check in (which we appreciate) however there were quite a few black hairs on the bathroom floor, and we also needed to call reception four different times to ask for amenities that weren’t in the room already (eg toothbrush kit, hairbrush, towels etc).

    If you are not going too far south of Swiss, this hotel is one of the best to stay. One simple answer - worth your every cent spent.

    The wifi was weak in the room and it also kept disconnecting from all devices we had. The air con was not working, took me some time to convince the staff that it's not working. We had to change the room at night. Location is great, connected to the airport.
