Studio Niçois Proche Mer

Very well located, only 10min walk from the sea and from a tram and bus stop, but in a much quieter neighbourhood than the center. It had everything I needed, wifi was working well and there were many kitchen supplies so I could also cook in the apartment.

The bathroom had a small window, but I felt like it was not enough to ventilate the room so I felt the smell of humidity constantly inside the studio even if the windows were all kept open most of the day. The shower area was smelling particularly more.

Es muy fácil de utilizar la estancia, la ventaja de tener baño y cocina en ese mismo lugar hace todo más fácil! Aparte de todo, cuenta con climatizador! Excelente lugar muy recomendado!

The position of the appartement is good, near the tram and markets.

The apartment is empty and uncomfortable. The door of the bathroom is defiantly not a door, so there is not privacy at all. The kitchen is not well equipped and the dishes were dirty. The bed doesn't open completely and it is very uncomfortable especially if you sleep in the right side. One closet is available but the door is broken and it is very difficult to open it, also because is the same for the bathroom. This apartment defiantly need a remake cause the spaces are not at all well organized.
