A big disappointment

Just location

It was not what I paid for , I did not stay I had to find a hotel for those days . The pictures here are not the real ones .

Great location, extremely small room

Very good location, clean and provided kitchen and bathroom amenities.

Extremely small room, much smaller than what the photos on Booking.com showed. I got room number 5 which was barely 80sqft.

We liked the central location, close to pharmacy, grocery shops, beaches, tram and restaurants. Good air condition. The accommodation works for one person, not two.

Difficult to contact the accommodation, they did not respond when we texted them that we needed an extra towel (we only had one for 2 people our entire stay). I tried several times to get hold of them. Kitchen utensils were missing (we had one glass and one fork), the vacuum cleaner stopped working. Wifi was poor and there was no soundproofing at all, we could hear the neighbours partying all night. No privacy in the bathroom as the neighbour could see in. It was dirty when we arrived even though the cleaner had been cleaning for several hours and check-in was very late. When we checked out we had to call the staff to say we were checking out, but that shouldn't be our responsibility. He asked if we could give them 5 stars, which is perceived as greedy.

It’s very good value for money and in a very accessible location.

The property was well maintained on the inside with all amenities that one could need. It was modern and clean and quite close to lots of places including the promenade l’Anglais.

The doors were surprisingly hard to open and with four locks it made it challenging to get inside and there was only one pillow case in the property.

Tiny but OK for a night

The apartment is very easy to access using the train from the airport, or the tram. It was neat and clean and the kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment is really, really tiny. Once the bed is opened, you cannot open the fridge door. The apartment didn't exactly match the photos. The listing stated one number for the address, and then I stood and battled with the lockbox for an hour (all while messaging my host for help), but the apartment is actually the unit next door. This time waste could have been resolved by ensuring the correct address in the listing.

A nightmare. I felt deceived – I absolutely do NOT recommend this place.

When I arrived, the room was already occupied. Although they canceled the other guest’s reservation and refunded their money, they offered me no alternative solution, leaving me out on the street at 8 p.m. The photos on the listing are completely misleading. The room was extremely small — once the sofa bed was opened, there was barely any space to move around, and it was impossible to even open the fridge. There was no table or chairs. Natural light was minimal, with just a small window facing an interior courtyard. The noise level was also terrible — you could hear every movement from the neighbors, making it very hard to rest. The price was extremely high for what was actually offered.

We had a lovely stay in these small but cozy apartments — perfect even for a couple with a child. The windows face a street with passing trams, which can be a bit noisy at times, but we didn’t mind at all. In fact, it added a special vibe of the lively spirit of Nice! Plus, there were earplugs provided, which completely solved the issue if needed. The location is fantastic — you can reach any part of the city within 5 minutes, and the sea is just around the corner! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and we truly appreciated that. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience — we’ll definitely be coming back! 💙

Good space for 1 person for a short weekend.

It was perfectly clean and comfortable, you can see it’s newly renovated. Very good location, easily walk to beach and tram stop.

It was not what we expected from the pictures at all and so we were very disappointed with our stay.

The AC was amazing The proximity to the tram stop and the beach

the property was technically not “beach front” as our view from our window was the back of a restaurant/work site, although was in close proximity to the beach. the “bathroom” sink was clogged with hair and wouldn’t drain properly our entire stay the locks on the front door were so stiff and very difficult to get into, one of the locks we did not have the key for and was locked by the other tenants and so we couldn’t access the apartment without issue our last night. we did email about issues/things which would improve our stay (as we were sent a message asking if anything could be done) but we were never contacted. for a weeks stay we were provided with 2 toilet rolls and only 2 towels (not including a hand towel). the freezer was so frozen over we could not close the fridge and therefore couldn’t use it the first few days (we had to remove the freezer door). some of the pictures posted were clearly from the other apartment next door and made the space appear much bigger and therefore better value for money, but the room was so small it was hard for even 2 of us to move around. although free wifi is listed we had no access to wifi at all, however our tv wifi did work.

the worst accomodation I have ever been to - DO NOT recommend at all!!!

We hated everything, except the AC.

99% - the approach of the apartment manager was not really pro-client, the photos absolutely does not correspond with reality, uncomfortable bed, very bad windows, we did not have towels they sent the cleaning team to give it to us just after not very nice call where we were recommened to cancel if we are not satisfied (they would not give us the money back of course :)) the apartment had second room next to it, it was too loud. looked like very poor neighbourhood.

The location was nice, fairly close to city centre and airport, the seafront was also very close. There was a fridge and a nice microwave which was helpful.

Good value for money and well located near the tram stop

Check-in was very easy and we simply had to collect the keys in a lockbox. The host was proactive and messaged me to make sure everything was alright. The apartment was well-located and near the tram stop. There are also restaurants downstairs which was convenient.

It was a bit noisy because the trams operated at night. The hallways to the apartment were a bit narrow so it does make it difficult to carry large suitcases up the stairs.

Pour cleaning, far from the old city, creepy building, not soundproofed at all

The apartment is close to the beach

The code we received via email was wrong, so we had to call so we can get the right one, which is not ideal. There were no bed sheets, just a matress cover, which I find not hygienic at all. The shower was really dirty on the outside. Pipes stink and the apartment is very noisy; you can hear people in the apartment next door as if they are literally in your room, and the door constantly slamming. How can anyone possibly rest under these conditions? The building is the creapiest. Now we understand why photos of the front door and the stairs aren't showed in Booking. It's really dirty (even with spiders) and not iluminated at all, so you feel unsafe from the very moment you open the door. It's not surprising other guests left the first night. There should be some minimum standards to offer tourist accomodation, especially when prices are so high. Not everything is acceptable.

Chambre sombre, inconfortable, immeuble très mal fréquenté, chambre inconfortable

La chambre correspond pas à des photos montrant un espace correct, avec terrasse et canapé. À l arrivée, chambre minuscule pas places pour bouger. Le propriétaire a confirmé qu’il changerait la chambre, mais le jour arrivé il nous a dit que la qu’elle avait finalement été « réservée ». Escaliers étroits, hall sale, si vous avez une valise c'est très pénible.

Rien à voir avec les photos, aucune luminosité. Vue catastrophique : uniquement l’arrière d’immeubles, extrêmement désagréable, avec des odeurs provenant des restaurants en bas. Lit très inconfortable : impossible de bien dormir. Serrure très difficile à ouvrir, très pénible. Bruits intenses et inappropriés provenant de la chambre voisine, toute la nuit. Bas de l’immeuble très dérangeante : au rez-de-chaussée, une prostotuée recevoir régulièrement des visiteurs.

Logement propre, bien rénové. Bon emplacement pour se déplacer en tramway ou profiter de la promenade des anglais.

房间虽然小，但是各项功能都非常齐全。虽然是单人间，但是是双人床、两把椅子，还有小型厨房。厨房配备了电热水壶，咖啡机（有送咖啡胶囊、糖和小饼干），还有面包机，加湿器，微波炉，也有电磁炉可以自己做饭，碗碟刀叉都齐全，也可以洗水果吃。浴室还送了洗发水和护理套装。很周到。另外还有吹风机，熨烫机，空调，电视等，设备齐全。房东整体态度还是很好的。

房间隔音非常非常差，隔壁开个锁都能把我吓醒。楼上不属于这位房东，但楼上一旦开派对，就根本睡不着，晚上房东也不接电话，Booking上也找不到人，没有回复。我只好自己上门沟通。另外洗脸池的下水很慢，我白天跟房东电话沟通让他来看一下。第二天他说处理过了，但我还是觉得下水很慢，没怎么使用。洗澡洗到后面水突然凉了，不知道为什么，我就赶紧擦了出来了。 Booking上发消息一次都没有收到过回复，只能白天打电话沟通，不知道是不是房东那边收不到消息。

Bien mais faire attention aux demandes suspectes

Très accessible car à côté de deux lignes de tram. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour quelques jours (kit à l’arrivée, serviette etc).

Pas un très bon quartier, très bruyant, on entendait un chien aboyer toute la nuit, on entendait beaucoup les voisins quand ils rentrent et ceux du dessus. Gros point négatif : on nous a demandé la veille pour le lendemain si on était d’accord pour que quelqu’un passe voir l’appartement pour une certaine assurance, nous n’étions pas trop d’accord au début mais avons accepté en échange d’une compensation que nous n’avons toujours pas reçu après une semaine. Attention donc à ce genre de demande, nous avions pris un locker pour la journée pour nos affaires qui craignaient.

Квартира розташована майже на набережній , до моря 5 хвилин , був весь посуд , гарно обладнана ванна

Поселення о 17, та прибувши до номера він ще був не прибраний ! У відповідь на це господар написав що ні за шо не відповідає то все клінингова компанія ! Прибрали так собі , на нас трьох залишили тільки два банних рушники і один для лиця , і не було туалетно косметичних засобів ! І знов ж господар написав що все передасть в клінингову компанію але ніхто нічого не доніс ! Клінинг складався з однієї жінки африканської раси , так як ми чекали на вулиці поки вона прибере ! Порівняно з Італіє де господар апартаментів був супер уважним таке ставлення було для нас дивним ! І ще номер дуже маленький , подушками можна когось вбити , ми спали без подушок !

Lokalita, blízko mora, blízkosť zastávky električky, okolo možnosti občerstvenia.

Vstup do domu je otrasný, smradľavý, starý. Najhoršie ale bolo, že počas nášho pobytu zo sprchy tiekla iba horúca alebo ešte horúcejšia voda, nedalo sa sprchovať, taká bola horúca. Keďže sme sa aj kúpali v mori a celý deň sa potili, bol to naozaj problém. Fungujúca sprcha, kde sa dá nastaviť teplota vody je štandard, ktorému toto ubytovanie nezodpovedalo. Vzhľadom k tomuto problému bolo ubytovanie drahé. Na problém sme upozornili ubytovateľa a požiadali o nápravu, no k náprave nedošlo. Obávame sa, že to tak ostane aj po našom odchode pre ďalších ubytovaných.

Fausse description ne correspond pas au descriptif aucun confort sordide si on ouvre le canapé on ne peut ouvrir le frigidaire pas de lavabo pratique si vous voulez vous lavez les mains , en guise de front de mer donne dans une cour sordide, de plus l'hôte avait loué le studio en même temps que quelqu'un d'autre, on a été obligé de faire appel aux forces de l'ordre pour rester dans les lieux à fuir absolument!!!!!! ignoble pas d'autre mot....

니스 해변과 가까워 좋았으나 건물이 너무 낡았고 집을 찾기가 어려워 한참동안 숫소 주변을 돌아 다녀야 했음 예약할때 안내 홈페이지는 시설이 좋아 보였으나 실제로 숙소에 도착해을때 많이 실망했음 그러나 협소한 숙소에 비해 여행자가 필요로 하는 다양한 부억 그릇 등이 잘 준비되어 있었음

출입구에서 부터 숙소 내부가 너무 날고 협소하여 다소 불편하였습니다

Fue una experiencia terrible. Yo llegaba un martes por la noche y había avisado el horario de llegada, sería 00:30 aproximadamente. Entro en la puerta de la calle con las orientaciones y ok. cuando voy a la segunda porta para entrar en la habitación, empiezo a marcar el código y cuando veo abren la puerta una pareja. HABIA UNA PAREJA EN LA HABITACIÓN QUE TENIA RESERVADA A LAS 00:30! Obviamente intento entrar en contacto por Booking y nada, intento llamar muchísimas veces y nada tampoco. la pareja tenía la reserva también de la misma habitación. Resultado, me quedé en la calle a la 1 de la mañana sola, sin contestación, sin tener donde dormir. El otro día era mi cumpleaños, fue un buen regalo para empezar el día. llamé a 3 hoteles hasta que uno tenía plaza para una habitación, 160 EUROS tuve que pagar por la falta de responsabilidad del propietario que alquilo para dos clientes la misma habitación. Antes de dormir volví a escribirles que por la mañana quería una solución a primera hora de la mañana. No tuve respuesta!! tuve que volver a escribirles por la mañana. Entonces el propietario dijo que el conserje entraría en contacto conmigo. Tampoco entró en contacto. Volví a llamar y dijo que para las 14/15 horas estaria lista la habitación. Llegué a las 16 y aún estaban limpiando. Un total de 0 respeto con el cliente. Me dijeron que harían el reembolso de la primera noche y hasta ahora nada, una semana después. Mínimamente deberían reembolsar la noche que no dormí y el hotel que tuve que pagar por culpa de ellos. Después las demás noches me quedaba con la sensación que podría pasar lo mismo a cualquier momento. No se si por ejemplo, yo llegaría y habría alguien ahí esperando para entrar también... la sensación de inseguridad se quedó el restante de la semana. yo llegué un martes para quedar hasta domingo. Sinceramente, yo puedo entender que hayan equívocos humanos, pero la falta de solución, falta de comunicación fue lo peor.
