Buena ubicación cerca de la playa, fácil para recoger las llaves muy detalladas las instrucciones para traslado del aeropuerto al departamento en diferentes transportes. El colchón cómodo. Hay una cocina con algunas cosas disponibles. Tiene artículos útiles para la playa pero no los usamos. Contesta rápido la anfitriona muy pendiente de los huéspedes. cuenta con lavadora que es útil.
El aire acondicionado esta en la parte de abajo y arriba hay ventiladores. Arreglar la ventana de salida del aire ya que no permite enfriar bien.

sehr gemütlich und heimelig :) vieles für uns bereitgestellt (sonnenschirm, miniventilator,…)

L'emplacement est idéal dans une petite rue perpendiculaire à la Promenade des Anglais avec accès direct à la plage. Le parking est tout près du studio et des commerces également.
Le vélux est très difficile à ouvrir et fermer et je n'ai pas pu l'utiliser par manque de force. Il y aurait peut-être une modification à apporter. Des travaux de ravalement étaient en cours et les volets avaient été enlevés, obligeant à tirer les rideaux , mais cet inconvénient n'est que ponctuel !!
