Cosy apartment Promenade des Anglais

We stayed in this accommodation for 4 nights and I can’t praise it enough! The location is fantastic, with a tram stop right in front of the building, and the beach is literally just across the street. Another huge advantage is the size of the apartment, it is very spacious. There were four of us, and we never felt cramped. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended! I will definitely choose this apartment again on my next visit.

The location is great.

Changing the bed would raise the comfort level in the property,which is otherwise good.

Cleanliness, modern bathroom and tropical vibes.

Living room was very close to the road and the tram line. However convenient the location was but the disturbance from the road and the tram line in the front room was uncomfortable for kids to sleep most of the nights.

Sehr sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir konnten sie bei Fragen jederzeit erreichen und gaben uns auch Restaurant Tipps. Die Lage war toll, direkt vor der Tür eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Es gab eine tolle kleine Bäckerei schräg gegenüber und eine Gasse weiter das Meer mit der Promenade. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal buchen.

Das einzige was wir sagen könnten, wäre der kalte Boden, aber da würden Hausschuhe Abhilfe schaffen.
