Destul de aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun, cafenele , supermarketuri.
Scara blocului ar necesita renovare masiva iar vecinii destul de galagiosi.

Appartamento nuovo verso la fine della Promenade, non subito raggiungibile con i mezzi, meglio le bici a noleggio. Vari comfort e stile apprezzati. Sicuramente un'attenzione verso il cliente c'è (capsule caffè, spugna nuova, 1 pod per la lavatrice).
Purtroppo sembrava pulito, ma lo era solo superficialmente. Lenzuola con macchie sul compripiumino. Non lo fanno vedere ma il palazzo in cui è ubicato è vecchio, la porta di ingresso deteriorata - seppur condominio silenzioso. Letto 1 piazza e mezza, un po' piccolo in camera piccola. Attenzione per chi va in estate: no A/C ma 2 ventilatori.
