Amazing stay and will book again when in nice

The loft bed was a bit dusty and the path to the apartment was a bit intensive and the lockbox was hard to unlock but still happy with the stay

If the owner will fix the bathroom and replace the linen, we would recommend apartment😊

We really liked the flat. It is nice and cosy. We felt comfortable and safe. Also cleanliness, generally there ok, but the bed linen and towels are very worn out, we had to rewash it all before using it. The air conditioning cools wonderfully. The flat is nice, we were 2 adults and a teenager. We felt good. It’s really close to the beach 🏖️ .

But we would like to specify for the bathroom, the shower is broken and the sink is clogged, the water does not go away. It is impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth, we had to do it in the kitchen. All the water from the shower runs on the floor. Also one socket was broken, it is not safe. But not critical. Another small comment, the raccoon apparatus is a bit uphill, about 5 minutes max. In the heat it's hard to climb and taxis don't want to pull in, but for a couple of euros on top of the cheque they will.

C’est petit, mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut.

Un logement tout équipé qui a du charme, ( de quoi cuisiner, une télé avec accès YouTube, une machine à laver, un micro-ondes, une bouilloire, un toaster, quelques jeux de sociétés) une belle terrasse très agréable, Un logement qui dépanne pour 4 voyageurs La personne qui gère la réservation est très disponible et professionnel en plus d’être sympathique 🙂

Il s’agit d’un T1, il n’y a aucun mur ni porte pour séparer les deux espaces pour dormir, le moindre bruit est audible, pas pratiques si on se réveille en décalé. Le canapé-lit grince ÉNORMÉMENT !!! Le plafond de l’espace du lit du haut est très bas, on a vite fait de se cogner la tête. Il ne faut pas avoir peur de vivre avec les insectes qui sont très présent, les charmes du Sud j’imagine

Déco sympa et petite cours agréable.

Fil électrique qui descend escalier et traîne au sol .flexible douche fuis. Robinet cuisine bouge pas fixer. Tapis et dessus de canapé tâcher Pour arriver à l appartement sur le site on nous montre pas les photos mais il ne faut pas avoir des problème de mobilité.l Les photos de vue du quartier sont fauces. Et pas très propre sous le lit ils y a des sacs et autres..la descende escalier extérieur et cours salé, des déchets !! L électricité est un peu olé, il faut savoir que pour micro onde il faut éclairer cuisine ,pour l chambre c est pareil pour les prises. Les avis du site sont pas juste.

Endroit calme, joliment décoré avec une place de parking!

Le fait que le logement soit un peu éloigner des choses à voir et à faire dans la ville. Mais l’accès au transport au commun et simple et efficace.
