Nagyon közel volt a tengerhez, és szép tiszta volt. Segítőkész volt a szállásadó a kérésünket illetően.
4 embernek már m kicsi volt a szállas, 2 embernek ideális. A kommunikáció egy kicsit nehezen zajlott a bejutásnál, érdemes a kódot előre bekérni. (Pl érkezés reggelén)

Apartment is well located 1.5 blocks from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach and well kept. Although it is a little tight (for a family of 4), it is perfect for a beach stay, it is well equipped, it was very clean and they waited for us with sufficient toiletries and complimentary snack and drinks. There’s also a supermarket 2 doors down.
The building is not as well maintained as the apartment itself, the entry door to the building was broken. One suggestion is that there is a light at the entry with motion sensor, that if there are guest sleeping in the living room, every time someone goes to the bathroom it activates and at night it is not ideal.

Die Lage war für uns toll, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Supermarkt und Flughafen in der Nähe.
Licht im Wohnzimmer ging immer an, wenn man in der Nacht ins Bad wollte. Küche war nicht sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr kleiner Tisch zum Essen. Der Bettzugang war für eine Person nur mit klettern / krabbeln möglich. Das hintere bette hatte zudem keine Ablage- bzw. Abstellmöglichkeit.
