Very close to the promenade. Great location. Nice bathroom and main bedroom.
No wifi for first two days and a light hanging from the ceiling. Owner did help to sort wifi and said the light was safe. Floors were quite dirty.

L'appartement est très bien situé, près du tram, des commerces et de la promenade des anglais avec le bord de mer à 5min à pieds.
Ce qui est dommage c'est qu'iI y avait en permanence une odeur de fosse septique à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Odeur qu'on retrouvait également à l'extérieur donc je comprends que cela est indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire.

Die Lage
Die Sauberkeit, und die Ausstattung wer sehr abgenutzt, bei der Dusche ein Duschvorhang wäre vom Vorteil um nicht das ganze Badezimmer zu bespritzen
