Charmant T2 Nice proche promenade des anglais

Good apartment, but a little on the small side for three people. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room that we had to make ourselves. There is a small elevator. There is a bakery next door that has bread and ready made baguettes with filling as a nice breakfast option. Fairly easy to get here from the airport or city centre, about 15 min walking from tram stop. The host had left us each a bottle of water in the fridge which is a nice gesture. There was plenty of towels and toilet paper. Ocean view, and good view of the airplanes on final approach to Nice airport. Good communication with the host.

I would suggest installing a toilet paper holder so the roll doesn't need to be on the floor or the shelf behind you. There were some small insects on the floor in the bathroom. The pillows were too big and hard. Ikea has smaller and softer pillows quite cheap, I would recommend adding some of those so the guests can choose.

Ottima posizione

Location in the city, connection to the center and the beach. Good value for money. One of the better options for a relatively low price, since apartment rental prices in Nice are quite high. Quite clean, well-maintained apartment. Excellent communication and responsiveness from the owner.

Poor old windows, poor external doors, soundproof, no air conditioning, TV does not have smart functions (e.g. Youtube), bathroom equipment is outdated (requires renovation), uncomfortable shower (curtain does not hold water well), cheap worn-out Ikea furniture.
