Nice, là côté magique

We like the quick response from the host with enquiries. The balcony with seating area and close proximity to the beach. There are various buses to the tram station makes it very easy to go into the city centre.

It would be helpful if some basic instructions are available in using the cooker and the dish washer. As different countries equipments operate differently. There was a little hiccup in using the dishwasher. It's strange the water supply to the washing machine was turned off but luckily we figured out how to turn the tap back on.

Excellent location and a lovely stay in Nice! I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect — very close to the tram, and there is a bus stop right in front of the building, making it very easy to get around Nice. One of my favourite things was the bakery right on the street below the apartment, with fresh bread, pastries and delicious cakes every day — such a nice start to the morning! The beach is around a 10-minute walk downhill, and coming back takes about 15 minutes uphill, but there is also bus number 10 or 62 that stops right in front of the apartment, which is very convenient. There are also several supermarkets nearby, including Aldi, so everything you need is within easy reach. I would definitely book this apartment again for my next visit to Nice. Highly recommended! 😊

The only negative experience during our stay was some noise coming from the apartment above, especially late in the evening. There were occasional loud sounds and music, which was a little disturbing, but closing the windows helped reduce the noise and it did not affect our overall stay. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment and the location.
