Calme, confortable et bien placé

Location is wonderful!! Right next to tram station and close to the beach. On the ground floor there is a bakery with really good pastry. Also there are a lot of cafes and shops nearby. Neighborhood seems safe and quiet. Beds are comfortable and big.

There is no noise isolation in the rooms. You will wake up ~5 am because of birds in the bedroom and you will wake up ~6 am because of people and trams in the living room. I strongly recommend to take ear plugs with you. Bed covers probably are not cotton, so they were really hot! It was really uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows are need to be replaced as well. Also bathroom was really small and feels old.

Perfect location, with tram, restaurants and boulangeries just in front of the appartement. The beach is within 1 block (2-3 minutes walking). Confortable beds and pillows. The kitchen is very well equiped. The appartement was clean and very well organized. Gabriel was extraordinaire, very friendly and responsive. He waited for us and personnaly did our check in, he keept a place for us to park our car just across the street, gave us all the information we needed to have a great stay in Nice (parking, public transport, good restaurants) and even left a bottle of wine, pasta and tomato sauce (which was really nice!!! 🥰).

Difficoltà di parcheggio, ampiamente colmata dalla disponibilità di mezzi pubblici e dalla disponibilità dell’host (mi ha trovato parcheggio in una zona libera vicina al tram, mi ha occupato il posto con la sua macchina, mi ha condiviso la posizione e una volta arrivato mi ha lasciato il posto).
