Charming apartment in the heart of Paris!We loved our stay in this beautiful Les Marais apartment! The location is unbeatable—tucked into a safe, secure building and walking distance to so many iconic sites, amazing restaurants, and charming cafés.The unit itself was just as lovely as the photos—unique, stylish, and full of Parisian character. It felt like a true home base in the city.Paris was very hot during our July stay, and while the A/C struggled a bit to keep up, that’s not unusual for Paris in the summer. We were still comfortable and so grateful to have it!Highly recommend this rental if you’re looking for a memorable, walkable, and authentic Parisian experience. We’d absolutely stay again.

The good: Phenomenal neighborhood with great access to useful metro and bus lines. Really great Chinese food in the neighborhood as well! The bad: I was looking for a ground floor apartment - which this is because I was travelling with two women in their mid 70s, in spite of contacting the property manager about this, we were disappointed to find one of the bedrooms & bathrooms up a large 18” step. The other bathroom is up a narrow spiral staircase. Both bathrooms are Parisian small but both bathrooms are IN THE BEDROOMS and unless you’re under 5’6” you won’t be able to close the door to a toilet - so you’ll be staring at the bed while doing your business. Additionally, since it’s a ground floor apartment there are no rooms with any view aside from one bedroom. The walls / ceilings cake off old masonry particularly in the dungeonous basement. Finally, while this booking was through VRBO any contact you have to make with the property is done through a third party booking site (check my guest) this added a layer of complication when the key combination had been changed incorrectly prior to our arrival. We made it work, but our least favorite property in 2 weeks in France.

Such a lovely apartment! I appreciated the cleanliness and the quirky vibe, We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room, though the underground level felt a bit too dark for my taste, Overall, would definitely come back!
