- Fully equipped kitchen (essentials provided, coffee, tea, sugar, washer / dishwasher tablets, etc...)
- 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds
- 1 en-suite bathroom with WC, 1 independent bathroom, 1 separate toilet
- High-speed broadband Wi-Fi
- Connected TV
- Washing machine (solid detergent provided)

Independent bookshops, gallery spaces, small ateliers and some of Paris's best falafel are within a short walk. The Centre Pompidou is eight minutes away; the heart of the Marais, with Place des Vosges and the Musée Carnavalet, is accessible in fifteen minutes on foot.
Getting Around:
The apartment is well served by public transport:
- Arts et Métiers (Metro lines 3 & 11) - 3 minutes on foot
- Temple (Metro line 3) - 4 minutes on foot
- Réaumur – Sébastopol (Metro lines 3 & 4) - 5 minutes on foot
- A Vélib' bicycle station is located within a few minutes' walk for those who prefer to explore Paris on two wheels.
- Taxis can be booked via the guest platform.

The apt is well located and large enough for 4 persons
The host was very quick with hes repons and very polite.
You could the apt is very recently renovated.
Some things good be better: there was no couch in the living room, only a bed that was covered as a couch. Which the host was 'forgotten'to tell...
The kitchen had only 1 pan to cook and no strainer.
Although the apt looked clean, I noticed that around the tables (3) there was a lot of crumbs and al the tableware had still all the stickers of Ikea . You wonder if these were washed before.
