About this apartment rental
Summary:
Located in a quiet courtyard, this apartment has just been completely renovated in 2021.
It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator.
With two bedrooms and a single bed in the living room, it can easily accomodate 5 persons!
You can prepare good food in its fully equipped kitchen.
A small washing machine is available in the apartment as well as a Fiber Optic connection.
It consists of 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Two toilets are also available - one is en-suite also.

You will enjoy cooking good meals in a fully equipped kitchen: oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine.

Châtelet Les Halles: Metro line 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14 and RER A, B and D
Visiting Paris has never been so easy!
You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bike and electric scooter.
Other Things to Note:
An ID will be required upon arrival.
The high chair and the baby crib is available and upon request for a surplus of 40€ each for the total stay.

After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email or Airbnb message.

The apt is well located and large enough for 4 persons
The host was very quick with hes repons and very polite.
You could the apt is very recently renovated.
Some things good be better: there was no couch in the living room, only a bed that was covered as a couch. Which the host was 'forgotten'to tell...
The kitchen had only 1 pan to cook and no strainer.
Although the apt looked clean, I noticed that around the tables (3) there was a lot of crumbs and al the tableware had still all the stickers of Ikea . You wonder if these were washed before.
