You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment.
This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Marais district and a few minutes’ walk from a large number of famous monuments.
This apartment is located on the first floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a dining room and a large living room in which you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its calm.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.
The dining room has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.
Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.
You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.
Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.
A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Location was perfect! The apartment was clean and well stocked with basics (laundry detergent, towels, paper goods, etc.). I highly recommend LivinParis!

The stay was wonderful and the host was very communicative. We appreciated the early check in. The space was big enough for 8 people. The location was also great. The iron worked really well! The kitchen supplies were plentiful! We appreciated the paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Just a few things I would point out that may need to be looked into: 1. The smaller washroom drain in the shower was clogged so the water kept pooling up. 2. The kitchen sink could use another sieve or strainer that will catch the food particles better. The kitchen sink was not clogged but could eventually get clogged if not maintained well by the guests that are staying there. 3. The washer-dryer took over 6 hours for the cycle to complete. It would be helpful to have the speed cycle under the instructions for the washer dryer and also a warning of how long a regular cycle would take. 4. An extra comforter would’ve been great! Thank you for the wonderful stay.
